Happened to be in town for one night, wanted something to eat about 40 minutes before they were due to close. We didn't want to be those people that dine in that close to closing so we placed an order for take out. Got a meat pizza that was delicious, bread sticks that my husband absolutely loved and some mac n cheese bites that were also delicious. We also ate the leftovers on our drive home the next day. If we're ever back in the area we'd like to dine and try something else. Staff was super friendly, order came out quickly. Very happy with everything.

I ordered a pizza from the Troy location, and when I opened the box, a slice was missing! When I called the store, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Ava the manager told me that the missing slice was part of a staff member’s lunch that somehow got sent out. No apology, no concern, just a casual explanation.

When I asked for a refund and a new pizza, I was told they couldn’t issue a refund if they remake the pizza. After I telling her just give me a refund, Ava hung up! I’ve never had such poor service, and it’s crazy that they didn’t care about sending a customer old food from a staff member.

My husband and I with our son and daughter n law stop in for lunch, we were in Troy for a volleyball tournament,
First thing right out of the shoot, Waitress took drink orders, when returned we was served tea that had barely color to it, which the waitress said they only used one tea bag?‍♀️ she replaced those tea drinks.
Took our orders, I ordered the Italian beef sandwich with fries, son ordered Parmesan chicken sandwich, those two was the worse.
Received orders after over 30 minutes, I had barely enough meat to cover thinly the bottom of bun, didn’t receive the fries, son’s sandwich he took off the top and there was only a thin slice of chicken not chicken breast liked he had ordered before from her, his salad which he ordered a side Caesar Salad, which was a garden salad with Caesar dressing, and there was a lot of brown lettuce ?‍♀️and with the sandwiches received chips, and those were crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Don’t know who is over seeing the food that is going out of the kitchen, but they need to spot check what is going out, oh I did receive hot fries after I had finished the sandwich. I have rarely complained, but this was pretty much a disaster. What little meat that was on the sandwich was good.
Some of you would say you should have sent the food back, but we was on time situation and had to get back to Triad, and we waited for or food over 30 minutes already.

Really enjoyed the amazing pizza. Only issue was the seating in the booths did not allow much room.

I went to lunch here for the very first time the other day, with friends from work. There was plenty of seating inside with booths and tables, the menu had plenty of options to choose from & the prices were fair for what you got. The food was amazing! I’m a bit of a pizza snob & am very picky about what kind & brand I get. I ordered the pizza and salad lunch special. The pizza crust was thin and crisp (just how I like it! I’m not into thick crust or deep dish at all). There were plenty of toppings on my pizza and the lunch salad was a decent size, tasty and was filling. Our server was friendly and attentive to our group. We got there at 11am, right when they opened, & they quickly got busy. I will definitely be back and will bring my family next time! All together, with tax & gratuity, I spent $15. These days that seems to be “normal” anymore.

Parking: The location I visited was in a newer strip mall in Troy IL. There was plenty of free parking for all of their customers.

Kid-friendliness: Joe’s pizza is definitely a family friendly establishment! I wish I knew about this place when my kids were younger. There are plenty of food options even for the pickiest of eaters!

The food is fair if they could ever get the order correct!! out of 10x ordering from here they either got the order conpletley wrong or the food was uneatable, I know for a fact that the women who takes the orders over the phone is a complete idiot, and very slow to comprehend and needs to go back to grade school! If you don't repeat yourself atleast10 times to her it just doesn't get through, unbelievable!!

A great place for a couple or family for a great dinner or lunch at a good price,
Service is always good. Food is well prepared and portions are fairly large.
We will definitely return here again.

First time here trying something new. We won’t be back. Wife got a mushroom and pepperoni pizza, I got the baked chicken parm. It came with side salad. Salad was nothing but lettuce with one cherry tomato cut in half, 4 olives, one slice of cucumber, and nothing else. Very bland. My chicken parm tasted like burnt fryer oil and had too much cheese. Pizza didn’t have a flavor.

I had baked spaghetti take out tonight. I've had this a couple other times before "dinning in", and it didn't impress me that much, but I was hungry. Thought I'd give the spaghetti another chance. For me not a good idea. The flavorings of this dish sucks. I should have went into the kitchen and made my own Spaghetti. Cook a couple pounds of ground beef ahead of time in 1 lb. Vacuum packaging and freeze. (I didn't have any this time). Throw in your favorite pasta sauce cook some spaghetti and you're there. It takes about the same time as to call the order in and go get it and bring it home. Plus if you have some 4 cheese garlic bread throw it in the microwave, even better. Easy peasy.
