Awful awful awful experience. We came to get food just a 20 piece nugget and fries they made us pull forward and weight because the nuggets needed to come up fresh when we pulled off. We took a bite of the fries and they were stale and cold and just old when we pulled up to get them replaced while waiting 15 minutes before closed the lights on the building and the lights in the parking lot all were turned off early. They eventually did give us fresh fries, but when I got home and looked at my nuggets, I saw that they were literally only 17 in them like it’s not hard to count out to 20 and it’s not hard to make sure that the fries are hot when the Nuggets come up hot especially because we had to wait. This is an awful McDonald’s. I do not recommend going to it at all. Plus the service was terrible. They didn’t even talk to us for real. They just wanted to leave early. They didn’t want to do their job. It was a terrible experience.

Ordered though the app. Got to first window. Was not offered or asked if we wanted our receipt. Just You're good and window closed. So no survey number. Seeing the reviews, I'm starting to see a pattern. Got a Daily double, which I rebuilt due to all the ingredients being quarantined into there own separate locations instead of all together. Regular cheeseburger, wow look at all that onion. I guess it could be worse.

Playplace closed at 9 and the staff interrupted me and my husband and my kids when we had just started eating to tell us this instead of telling us before hand. There's no signs saying when it closes either.

I ordered my copy a certain way at McDonald's. There is one McDonald's that normally gets it right. And this is usually the one, and the reason they get a 3 star a date. It's because of the little blonde management out there. I don't know her name. He's a short blonde girl, and uh, she likes to give attitude. When you tell her she's done her job wrong. I ordered so much stuff with my coffee. Now I get a large out cup and a little cup has a frappe. She fits it all into a large cup and only fills the cup halfway with liquid and the rest with whipped cream. When I come up to complain, she tells me how much she filled it all the way to the top. And when she remade it, she sets him down on the counter, the lid's not on them filled with so much stuff. And you couldn't close the lid without it, seeping out and tell me that's what it would look like. From now on, if I go to that mcdonald's and see her there, I will go somewhere else

As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.
