Placed an online order at 9:50. Got there around 9:59. Was told that they no longer accept mobile orders after 10:00 even though she asked for my code and was able to pull the order up. She said it wasn’t paid for but on my end it was and bank statement to prove it withdrew from my account. At that point she said I would have to pay for my order again and wait 25 hours for my original payment to be refunded. Just ridiculous. At that point any other person in the food industry would make the food and offer a discount but instead I just got argued with. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened to service? Never ordering here again, and I would recommend everyone in Troy Illinois to do the same.

It's McDonald's, sure it has flaws but this is the nicest McDonald's in the area. I drive past closer ones to my house to come here and let my kids play on the. play place.
The only real complaint I have is make sure you follow up if you order food via the app. I ordered some ice cream for table service and waited a while, I looked up and my ice cream was partially melting on the counter at the front of the restaurant. They just never brought it to me. Minor complaint because kids still ate it.

Sometimes the food is great and other times, well, not so fresh. But, the employees are always friendly and I get to fill up my own drink, allowing me to mix sodas if I want.

Absolutely ridiculous how often I get crappy cold food from this location. When I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru at night I shouldnt have cold hard fries served to me.
