I ordered a salad and it was poorly made. The protein wasn't chopped and was placed on top. Underneath the protein the salad was dry as there was no dressing applied to it

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper, got no pepperoni in it and didn't get my side of ranch. And I asked for extra sauces on my sandwich and barely got any. This location is so hit and miss that I've stopped ordering from here so often but how do you miss pepperoni in a pepperoni and cheese dipper? it wasn't busy, there was one person in the whole store ordering and no other onlines. Also I called because I wanted to speak to a manager and was told one wouldn't be there till Tuesday.

Team for both of my sandwich orders wrong. Advised me to waste gas return and have them remade. Asked to speak to supervisor and said they won’t be in three days from now. Make sure you watch these workers make your sandwich if you order at this location.

Came here after bad service at the Glen Carbon location. The ladies could not have been nicer. They acknowledged us right away, even though they were busy, and stayed very pleasant throughout our visit. The food was great. We appreciate it.

Went in for two sandwhichs and was helped by two older women today July 12, around 11am. Was reading off an order from the phone and the lady making the sandwiches got very visibly upset. The sandwhich were supposed to be toasted but were still soft and made poorly right in front of my eyes. Then I asked for a churro and the lady sighed as if I had inconvenienced her by asking her to do her job. Mind you there was not another customer in sight. Once she did give the churro, it was disgusting. No cinnamon sugar, under cooked, and straight up gross. Bad service, bad attitudes, and bad food.

THIS SUBWAY CLOSES AT 9, NOT IT'S DOOR POSTED 9:30. This Subway honors most, if not all coupons. But it's very much understaffed, and the workers who ARE there, seem VERY overworked. I've never had a complaint about the food. All in all, the food and the folk are awesome, very personable. But how the owners staff the restaurant, it makes you wonder if they want profits over produced product?

Very poor selection of topping. I believe that the employee had put away the prep table sides early hoping he could just sit at the table watching tiktoc until he shift was over. Worst $20 sandwich meal I've ever had. He didn't even cut the sandwich in half or give me an option to put sauce on top I really would have like something on my dry no topping sandwich.

Service was terrible and wait times are ridiculous.... Sub was made wrong and when he picked my sandwich up to to wrap it up half my toppings fell out on the counter.... Won't be going back

ordered several sandwiches and only was labeled...with the wrong sandwich... the lady at the front counter was very unfriendly, never smiled, never even greeted me. All she said was on-line? When I walked through the door. When I said have a nice day all she said was 'umm hmmm".

I went around noon on a Friday and had a wonderful experience! There was no wait, and all the ingredients I wanted were there and fresh and delicious. There is a lot of seating and a hand sanitizer stand. They have a soda fountain area. I recommend the cookies! The woman who made my sandwich and checked me out was very friendly and accurate. I'll definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.
