I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King. The fries were so over-salted they were almost inedible, which completely ruined the meal. On top of that, the workers gave out the wrong orders and seemed disorganized, making the wait longer than it should have been. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was dirty—tables weren’t cleaned and the overall place felt neglected. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and it definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

Just stopped at this one on our way to Michigan. Out of biscuits it’s 9:00! So she said you can have the sausage on a croissant so we said ok 2 and hash brown and one coffee. Looked in our bag driving no sausage sandwich only hash browns and the coffee was absolutely cold! Worst place ever. Please contact me management!

Ordered a BBQ Brisket whopper EXTRA brisket, waited in the line at drive thru for about 15 minutes, get home, take a bite, what do you know, NO BRISKET on it. At all. None. Garbage

The drive-thru guy sounded like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, but he was friendly and asked what all he could do for us and served us fresh good food!
I don't know what's up with the weekend staff. But I will never return on a weekend. I go there during the week for lunch and my food is amazing. I decide I would take my kid there for his birthday. My whopper Jr was cold, dry, and down right gross. Never have I ever had such bad food from burgerKing, also my son found a hair from the kitchen staff in his whopper, as for the drink machine. It was empty only option we had was coke....

Went through driveway on our long way home to Georgia. Ordered a sweet tea, got a fruity tea that tastes like cleaning products. Got it changed to sweet tea and it tastes like straight cleaning products. Absolutely disgusting. Loved the drive thru lady’s enthusiasm though when taking order. Also appreciate the effort to try to fix it. Just don’t understand how this is the only Burger King on the way up to Illinois and back with dirty tea.
