I don't know what's up with the weekend staff. But I will never return on a weekend. I go there during the week for lunch and my food is amazing. I decide I would take my kid there for his birthday. My whopper Jr was cold, dry, and down right gross. Never have I ever had such bad food from burgerKing, also my son found a hair from the kitchen staff in his whopper, as for the drink machine. It was empty only option we had was coke....

Went through driveway on our long way home to Georgia. Ordered a sweet tea, got a fruity tea that tastes like cleaning products. Got it changed to sweet tea and it tastes like straight cleaning products. Absolutely disgusting. Loved the drive thru lady’s enthusiasm though when taking order. Also appreciate the effort to try to fix it. Just don’t understand how this is the only Burger King on the way up to Illinois and back with dirty tea.

Had a mobile order. Was treated rudely at the speaker and when i addressed the situation at the window was toId shouldn't come back. No worries I will not. Food was cold. Service is always like that and I keep going back. I won't now.

After traveling 3+ hours, we had to stop for a Triple Whopper. Our group was then bestowed the Burger King Crowns and we set out back on the road feeling like Royalty.
Always a 10 minute wait, every time I try calling to pre order employees have an attitude and won't take it over the phone🤦

Normal condiments on a burger upcharge really pay for mustard pickles and onions really burgers literally look like a slider so small wraps were a half of a chicken tender with literally nothing inside for the price note Worth it staff was nice and friendly

Stayed at hotel across the street for the holiday weekend..... Ate here 3 different times..... Food was good and fresh.... Tasted like normal burger king.... Which I love when it's done correctly..... And here, it was like it's supposed to be..... And like the commercial says, yes, "I Rule"..... ? If you come here and have an issue, you're probably just a re-tard.....

The restaurant was clean and spacious. The napkin, straw, and lid area was fully stocked. The staff was awesome.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier kept my 5yo entertained while we were looking at the menu.
