Waited 20 mins for my order ask for it to get cook to order they told me it’s was going to be a seven minute wait which I had no problem wit that they never cook my food fresh took it back twice n for the manger wit the red hair to have a attitude in didn’t wanna give me my money back is beyond me I waste 30 mins in this store just to leave unhappy I wish I could give them negative 10 stars I would……

This was a great McDonald's 👍 you had perfect food and the staff was amazing. This has always been one of my stops to Champaign from where I live by Effingham. I usually either stop on the way there or back. I'm going to Champaign tomorrow so I will probably be there again. Thank you
Drive through is actually decent experience. As far as eating inside the restaurant goes……..the service is BEYOND terrible since they decided to install a self service kiosk. Won’t be going back.

It was horribly busy because tuscola had a boil order i n effect people were not happy lobbybwas closed for what reason???? I ordered from my mobile app and ordered6 piece nuggets

The coffee was great. They made it really sweet which is just how I like and they gave me literally 30 extra sugar packets. The app only allows 10 per order. The staff seemed very friendly as well. There were very minimal wait times both checking in at the speaker and then arriving at the pick up window.
