We went to go eat at the Tuscola, IL location with our 14 month old son and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door twice and no one came. Had to call and was told that the dining room was closed, and the young man who answered the phone didn't even apologize. There was no notice on the door, nothing. We weren't the only ones wanting to dine in. This was during prime dinner time at 5:30 PM. It's ridiculous to not notify potential customers that they can't come in. That's how you lose business fast, discourteous staff and refusal to serve.

Not a 5 star on atmospheres because I always loved the old school pizza hut vibe. Food was great, they closed my local one so I drove out of the way after work to pick it up. Done when I arrived, paid online, signed a slip, and walked out with everything correct. Bring back pizza hut to Mattoon!!!!
The most unreliable pizza place on Earth. Sometimes we go and they’re out of pan pizza doughs. Today we drove 45mins here only to find a sign on the door saying dine in isn’t available today. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place or, at the bare minimum, call ahead to make sure you can actually have a meal there.

However, Kori had such a warm manner and incredible customer service it set the tone for the rest of our day. My family and I get delivery from here frequently. Every single time something goes wrong. They have had to out source to door dash and my food has been left at other places....it has been over an hour past my delivery time before......items have been wrong on my order.....items forgotten from my order.....that being said we keep ordering from there because they ALWAYS make it right. They are always kind. And they make sure my food is always fresh and hot. I love this Pizza Hut and their staff. I believe they set the bar high for customer service and I just want to say publicly how much I appreciate them and the job they do. And a special shout out to Blake and Heather for their excellence in customer relations. You guys are rock stars!!!!
