Food was amazing! Fresh and made to a perfection. BUT that was not what made this experience the best, our server Nikki was AMAZING! Such a positive personality. Her service is top notch! You don't find service like that often.

So my wife and granddaughter tried to order pizza tonight with on luck. So they got into the truck and went there.A Young lady came to the door. And Save it she and a older Gentlemen was the only ones working together tonight. My wife said she new What they wanted to order. A large pizza with Sausage and Mushroom step crust Pizza in a Doctor pepper. The young lady said it would take a little while after a while it was done she brought it to the door give it to my wife. She was charged $31 for large pizza and Doctor pepper how can this be??? We have been over charged and and taken advantage of!!!! Just because of 2 people working. What can I do about getting my money back??? Please help.

My husband and I havnt ate inside a Pizza Hut for years. We were stopping in to eat dinner while traveling back home to Lincoln from Tuscola and the General Manager was who sat us and served us. We were the only two in the restaurant until the end when another couple came in. The General manager lady was so friendly and funny. We really liked her. The food was sooooo good!! Omg, I forgotten how much I used to love pizza hut and it hit this day. We were surprised how cheap we ate too actually. But anyways, this was just our one time experience here and id recommend coming here for sure. Yum!

Just walked out for the first time in years. Service is always slow here. After more than 30 minutes, the server came over and apologized saying the staff was new and making mistakes. About 30 minutes later, she said she saw our pizzas in the oven and they would be out soon. Another 30 minutes later, she said the order didn't go in. It had printed a receipt but didn't make its way to the back. But she moved it to the front and would be out in ten minutes tops. Didn't bother refilling our drinks. After more than 15 minutes with still no food, we left. Went next door to Star 57 and got our food in about 10 minutes. As you may have noticed, the excuses don't make sense.

I had the kindest most helpful waitress a few days ago when I came here for the first time with my son.
Place was clean, friendly atmosphere and ample seating.
Food came hot and fresh. I got the Alfredo pasta with breadsticks and my son got a personal pizza. Thank you!

I traveled 45 minutes just for this specific location. While many other Pizza Huts seem to be on a downhill trend, the Tuscola location is shining so brightly! Excellent food, flavor is THERE, and the place is clean. Not....bare minimum clean. But Clean.

The best Pizza Hut around, it's clean and the service is very friendly. It's nice to come here and eat inside, since a lot of fast food places around here don't have dine-in options.
We had a party of eight, we ordered ahead. Food was mid, but the server was so unfriendly. She seemed annoyed and judgmental. But everyone else was nice.
(Behind the scenes) I used to work here, the management was awful. NO communication whatsoever. I was fired because of their mistake. My belief is: They hired too many people and had to rid of some, because they just hired about fifteen new people. I didn’t figure out for a week I was let go, I was never told THE reason why.

The delivery order I ordered was to be delivered and was delivered by door dash without knowing that they weee delivering. So I had to pay with cash instead of company card that covers my dinner. Also my order was not complete.

Got the new cheese bite pizza with pepperoni. 4/10 at best. Only thing that had flavor was the bites themselves. Dough is soooo thin on the pizza like im talking its probably half of the thickness it should be. Overly greasy as well. Couldnt taste the pizza at all. They want to charge 17 dollars for that? On top of all that, our pizza wasnt cut all the way either even though it was paper thin. Had to wait at the window for a while too

Customer service UNMATCHED. Went for lunch after a long day in the woods STARVING. Saw an ad for the new cheesy bite pizza and our mouths were instantly watering.
We waited an extremely reasonable amount of time for the pizza but being so hungry it felt like hours. We were ravenous and moments away from feral. Then the pizza arrived as a regular stuffed crust instead of cheesy bite. The waitress explained before she even actually arrived at the table that the cook had made a mistake and the correct pizza was cooking, but they wanted to give us the stuffed crust on the house so we had something to eat while the other pizza cooked. They also offered a 20% discount but we insisted that was too much, and the free pizza made up for the mistake perfectly fine.
If I could give customer service 20 stars I would! I never get service like this nowadays!
