We had a party of eight, we ordered ahead. Food was mid, but the server was so unfriendly. She seemed annoyed and judgmental. But everyone else was nice.
(Behind the scenes) I used to work here, the management was awful. NO communication whatsoever. I was fired because of their mistake. My belief is: They hired too many people and had to rid of some, because they just hired about fifteen new people. I didn’t figure out for a week I was let go, I was never told THE reason why.

The delivery order I ordered was to be delivered and was delivered by door dash without knowing that they weee delivering. So I had to pay with cash instead of company card that covers my dinner. Also my order was not complete.

Got the new cheese bite pizza with pepperoni. 4/10 at best. Only thing that had flavor was the bites themselves. Dough is soooo thin on the pizza like im talking its probably half of the thickness it should be. Overly greasy as well. Couldnt taste the pizza at all. They want to charge 17 dollars for that? On top of all that, our pizza wasnt cut all the way either even though it was paper thin. Had to wait at the window for a while too

Customer service UNMATCHED. Went for lunch after a long day in the woods STARVING. Saw an ad for the new cheesy bite pizza and our mouths were instantly watering.
We waited an extremely reasonable amount of time for the pizza but being so hungry it felt like hours. We were ravenous and moments away from feral. Then the pizza arrived as a regular stuffed crust instead of cheesy bite. The waitress explained before she even actually arrived at the table that the cook had made a mistake and the correct pizza was cooking, but they wanted to give us the stuffed crust on the house so we had something to eat while the other pizza cooked. They also offered a 20% discount but we insisted that was too much, and the free pizza made up for the mistake perfectly fine.
If I could give customer service 20 stars I would! I never get service like this nowadays!

Had a birthday party there and the staff was amazing. And they did well letting us decorate and bringing the food out on time.

Picked up the Ultimate Bundle. I got the meat lovers and the double pepperoni pizzas. The bare boneless wings and the bacon and cheddar bread sticks. Everything was excellent. The people working were very friendly and the service was great.

Hard to go wrong with Pizza Hut. The staff were super nice and the food was delicious.
Believe bad reviews first so here's one . This place sucked. I ordered a medium pizza and wings (ordered inside) and it took almost 40 minutes of me waiting . I canceled my order and got a refund. I couldn't do it. The person making the damn pizza was eating at the same time. A face full of something. The young guy with the curly hair seemed like something was funny . He was putting his hand by his area down there like those young guys , by his zipper but I noticed he must just do it out of habit but still, you're in a place of business serving food . So big no plus I can't see what's so funny behind the wall. The cashier that took my order kinda just left like she didn't want any part of whatever joke it was supposed to be. A good girl. I appreciate it but it seems like a place of jokers and no manager was there so of course it's a playhouse for them when they feel like practical joking. And handing 10 pizzas off and taking an hour for my one medium is unacceptable. Poor place of business. I went to Dairy Queen right down the road and got my order in 5 minutes. I'll never again give that pizza Hut my business . They need a new crew . Today's date is 2/24/25 . They suck

Only reason I put 1 star is because no stars wasn't an option . I walked in an placed my order the vibe of the restaurant was off . People that ordered after me were getting their orders before me . So I'm waiting and waiting and this curly head employee just keeps rubbing the area below where the sun doesn't shine . This was somewhere between 3pm and 5pm . And with the way the employees were whispering and laughing and giggling to each other made it seem as if they were messing with my food. Terrible experience where's the manager.

Ordered on line. Had me pay ahead while I waited. When done, handed me 2 round regular pizzas and told me they don't have the pan style anymore. Although the website still has it. Had I been told that I would have canceled order. Get your online together. Short staffed and not much else going for the place at least give ppl what they order. Update. Made it home with food. Sauce with breadsticks smelled and looked horribly old! Was not edible. Pizzas looked good but tasted nothing like pan style i wanted. This is the 3rd time I've driven this far for pizzahut. 1st time should've warned me when the cook was puking so loud i could hear him when i walked in. And he came out of bathroom with his apron on and returned to kitchen. I gave them another chance. Will not be making the trip back. Damn shame.
