My 10 year old boy got 1 footling meal turkey cheese and lettuce small drink and a bag of chips 18 dollars the prices are out of control. We will start eating at home rant over done supporting corporate greed

Ordered on the app, made both my sandwiches wrong and put stuff on it that I didn’t ask for. Didn’t put everything on that I asked for. Didn’t toast one of my sandwiches when we asked if it was toasted they said yes but it wasn’t. They were rude when came to pick it up.

We've given our business to the Tuscola subway for 2 years. This last time, today, 2/2/24, is probably the last. My wife went through the drive thru for 5 subs, because there are 5 in my family. Never had a problem. This time however, she was scolded by some seemingly disgruntled employee for ordering 5 subs. You can't order 5 subs any more in the drive thru. Their website didn't work for ordering ahead. There was no sign or info stating a limit for drive thru, and on top of that, our orders were given to us wrong, even according to the receipt. The Philly is toasted as a standard. It was ice cold. We were missing drinks, and we asked for baked lays, not BBQ. A completely rude and unmerited experience for my wife.

I’ve been to this subway numerous times, if you want your food the way you really want it I recommend going inside. The experiences I’ve had ordering food to pickup is atrocious, I attribute it to lack of care rather than just not being able to read/follow simple instructions. Do better.

I recently moved to the area and me and my husband order here twice a week, the first few times were really good but we ordered tonight and it was the most poorly made sub I’ve ever had,wanted it toasted and it was cold, asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on it. Don’t know if you’re training someone new or not but if so a manager should be confirming that the orders go out correctly. Especially for the price being paid. Hope you guys do better next time.

Today I drove by for 2 subs, but what was my surprise was that they had almost nothing inside, they looked like bread subs. I go almost every Monday and it's the first time they give them to me like that. I don't know if the only woman who was preparing the subs was new, it was at 5.30 pm today. I hope they train their employees better. Thank you.
