This Subway, has one of the nicest employees I’ve met! They were really welcoming, very patient, very respectful, whoever their boss is they deserve a praise! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I did ask them if I could put their names they said yes. So thank you Victoria, and Chloe for such an awesome service definitely recommend, and will be coming back!

Can someone PLEASE tell me how Subway is still a Company!!!??? This place in Tuscola is a JOKE l! ME..Hello. I would like to use my app..SERVER..Sorry our app doesnt work? ME..Why? Its working on my phone and I would like the BUY ONE get ONE for a Dollar.. SERVER..Sorry cant honor that..Our app and Internet doesnt work here...ME..STILL? I was here a few months ago and it didnt work...SERVER...YEP..I Know!!? ME..So your app is useless and misleading?? SERVER..Yes..ME..Thanks for your help.. and I still bought a sandwich!!.....Lettece was Brown! Most containers were half empty..and I got back 3 dollars in quarters Back because they didnt have ones. Very Disorganized and NEVER Again!! Please let me run Your Entire Company!!! I will make you busier than JJ's! BTW..Dinner Time and I was the only one in there.. I wonder why?

Bread is stale and hard. Cookies were burnt. No ice available for drinks. Didn’t have the chips we ordered either online. They also didn’t have the drinks that we ordered through the app. I hope they shut down. Will not return. Off to Jimmy John’s we go.

This is the last time I'll ever eat here. I ordered a Cheesy Garlic Steak on the app. First, the bread was so hard that I couldn't even bite into it. Then it had No cheese sauce, no green peppers and no subcrunch, and one tiny string of onion which is all suppose to be on it in the first place. All I got was a clump of steak in the middle and the banana peppers I had added. Worst sandwich I've ever had here.

We didn't want to leave any stars for this place but had no choice to leave one. I can't believe some people and how they treat one another! I simply asked for more lettuce for my simple salad. At first he pinches his fingers together and puts a pinch lol Really?? Then I was given only two tomatoes. Then three or four little pieces of onion. I looked at my husband and I said is this all I get?? Lol He said no lol. He had to ask the guy to put more on there and the guy had an attitude the whole time. When my husband ordered his sandwich, he got the same amount of lettuce. He got a few little onions and I said something about that. People should at least get what they paid for. There is no room for anything extras. They barley put anything on anything so if you ask for extra its like you made a sandwich that shouldn't have needed instructions. It's like they are skimping people on purpose and it's just as bad as scammers! Never again.

My 10 year old boy got 1 footling meal turkey cheese and lettuce small drink and a bag of chips 18 dollars the prices are out of control. We will start eating at home rant over done supporting corporate greed

Ordered on the app, made both my sandwiches wrong and put stuff on it that I didn’t ask for. Didn’t put everything on that I asked for. Didn’t toast one of my sandwiches when we asked if it was toasted they said yes but it wasn’t. They were rude when came to pick it up.

We've given our business to the Tuscola subway for 2 years. This last time, today, 2/2/24, is probably the last. My wife went through the drive thru for 5 subs, because there are 5 in my family. Never had a problem. This time however, she was scolded by some seemingly disgruntled employee for ordering 5 subs. You can't order 5 subs any more in the drive thru. Their website didn't work for ordering ahead. There was no sign or info stating a limit for drive thru, and on top of that, our orders were given to us wrong, even according to the receipt. The Philly is toasted as a standard. It was ice cold. We were missing drinks, and we asked for baked lays, not BBQ. A completely rude and unmerited experience for my wife.

I’ve been to this subway numerous times, if you want your food the way you really want it I recommend going inside. The experiences I’ve had ordering food to pickup is atrocious, I attribute it to lack of care rather than just not being able to read/follow simple instructions. Do better.
