If I could score it a 0 I would. Waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru then the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered working the drive thru refused to refund items that they charged me for but were out of then refused my whole order. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.

ordered a box they were out of 3 of the things in the box and replaced them with cheaper things, tried to order an empanada they told me it was only available through the app, so i order it on the app and they say you have to go back around because I can’t do it at the window, so we go back around and when we get to the window a second time they make us pull around to the front to WAIT 6 minutes because they just now are dropping the empanada. WORST taco bell ever.

First time stopping at their particular Taco Bell. The store is very clean and the staff came RIGHT up to take out order. Bravo there. The bathrooms were clean. However, this is the smallest Nacho Bell grande I’ve ever received. The Chicken flatbread melt I ordered had only 3 small pieces of chicken, a small sprinkling of cheese and a ton of sauce. I know it is on the value menus, but I was thinking I’d be eating more then flatbread and sauce. yuck!!! This was a take out so I couldn’t go back to have them redo. I definitely would not recommend unless you check everything in your order before leaving.

Ordered four burritos, two supremes, a 7 layer and a bean and cheese. Only one was correct, the bean and cheese. Employee who took our order was more interested in her phone then getting our order correct.

The restaurant was not in good order. The fountain machine had no ice and some of the drink options needed the syrup replaced. The napkin containers as well as the sauce bin and utensils were all empty. Every table was dirty as was just about everything else it seemed. The food preparation was very much lacking in quality and the entire restaurant could hear the crew bickering in the back.
I should have trusted my gut and not ate the food and now my gut regrets my decision. I should have just taken the order and tossed it and moved on or asked for a refund like some others did. It’s very evident that the management is very poor, and apparently the regional management is also not involved. I will never go back to this location. The local health department should probably look into this place.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever! I have never had them get my order correct. Our order is either made wrong or we don't get everything we ordered. Today we ordered basic menu items and we had to wait in the drive through forever and all of our food was made incorrectly.

Worst tacobell I have been to. Charged me for items they didn't have and refused to fix the issue. District manager making food without gloves, workers hanging out outside refusing to work. Manager yelling from office instead of helping new employee. Fountain drink has no carbonation, food not prepared correctly. Will be calling the health department and showing pictures of employee not wearing gloves 10 out 10 would not recommend
