If you like your haystacks drowned in gravy then this place is for you. Also we had a new girl and she forgot items we ordered. the soda machine was down so the only drinks they had was coffee, juice, and water.
Good little family diner in Vandalia, IL.
Staff were friendly and attentive, good selection of food and the food was really good home style cooking.
They had several selections of yummy desserts available too!

Great place. Three of us went there. I had pork chops with Greek seasoning and some fried potato with Greek seasoning. It was very tasty. Someone with me had the Beef Manhattan. He said it was one of the best things he's ever tasted it came stacked So High full of meat and gravy it looked phenomenal the other person had a root beer float grilled cheese and said it was really good as well. We were on our way through and drove past 7 fast food restaurants to go to this place...
