I called 6 hours ahead and pre-ordered pizza for me and my co workers gave them my payment info it showed up pending on my bank app then when it was time for the food arrive it never came. I called and my order was voided by the dayshift manager without giving me any notice. So disappointing!

Good both times, first time they messed up the order and refunded me completely and let us keep the pizza. They were slammed and had just opened. Deserve better rating than what they have.

I bought a large pepperoni specialty pizza and had it delivered. The pizza I received was stuck to the box and was not cut. I had high hopes for this place as I had it previously and it was fantastic but my son ordered it the night before and said similar. On top of the crappy pizza, they didn't deliver the garlic butter I paid for. Save your money or go to joes or pizza hut as this place ain't it.

Arrived at 6, to pick up our 6pm order, at 6:15 they dropped one of the pizzas on the floor, they remade that pizza and it was ready at 6:38, the rest of the order sat for at least 30 mins, there was no offer to make anything right. The place was a pig stye, the management was terrible, I finally just walked out.

Ordered from those shop two pizzas and was only delivered one. We had told him that we had another pizza and waited over 30 mins for him to return. He never did. Called the manager only to find out that he never came back to the store and they had to make a new pizza. Other times that I have ordered I had to cut the pizza myself. I tried to give them chances but they keep under performing and seemingly can't trust their delivery guys. Pizza Hut and Joes are definitely more worth the money.
This is second time to happen to me, I ordered food and they forget part of my order. Plus the delivery driver came to my door and was talking and acting high as a kite, plus their was a passenger in the vehicle with the driver. My food came late and it was cold and food also looked over cooked and greasy.

I have now ordered from this place twice. Both times it was not even prepared whenever I arrived over 30 minutes later. Not even being prepared on the last one. It is ridiculous no point of opening up a new store if you cannot run it. At this point push pay at store so that way you can cancel the order and go somewhere else in town and get your food before they would even have it done. Sad to see a new business in town failing so miserably.
