I’ve never left a review for a restaurant before but I had to because this was the cleanest and friendliest place I’ve ever stopped at. The workers were working so hard to make everyone happy, especially the blond chick at the register. Outstanding for a fast food place!

Every time I stop at this KFC,my order is wrong, I asked if they had any original chicken and she said yes, I ordered 8 peace original, why is it when I get down the road, I look and see I have crispy chicken, where is my original chicken, drivers please don't stop at this KFC, I guarantee you will be upset if you don't look at your order before you leave, they have lost a customer, I will never stop at this place again.

Ordered online. When I went inside to pick it up, no one was around, so I sat down where I could see the mobile pickup station. No one spoke to or acknowledged me until another customer came in and stood at the front counter. After waiting on her, I was finally asked if they could help me. I told them I had a mobile order and they brought the completed bag from the back. Food was cold, fries were half full.

It's always dirty when I stop hear. Everything from the trash can is overflowing before you walk inside to the bathrooms or the kitchen. They are always out of something. Today only the drive thru was open. This is without a doubt the worst KFC ever.

I have never had bad service at a KFC until I stopped here. The service sucked and I witnessed one of the employees handling food with his gloves on and then handled cash and went right back handling food orders, and I asked for a refund and they said they can't give refunds.

Waited 45 minutes for fresh chicken only to get luke-warm overcooked chicken that was soo dried out you couldn't eat it. This is the second time in the last 6 months they are out of numerous items on the menu. Do better or you going to loose more business than just mine.

Payed 12.70 for burned dryed up chicken, didn't look at it till I got 60 miles down the road. iam a truck driver, so I can't turn around

Workers were more concerned with chatting and not wearing gloves after dealing with money and took forever to get orders and the cinnamon twists for some reason tasted god-awful my kids 9 and 4 spit it out saying they take gross and I tried one and I agreed would not refund it and said they were replace it but the way that they tasted I would not want a replacement
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this KFC location. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that something was seriously wrong with the staff. Several employees appeared to be under the influence of something, acting erratically and struggling to keep up with basic tasks. Shockingly, I witnessed what looked like a drug deal happening right at the cash register ?
Despite telling multiple workers my order, it still took a frustratingly long time to get it. To make matters worse, I saw one of the employees hand off another customer’s order to what seemed like their “friend.” The overall environment was chaotic and unprofessional. The only thing that didn’t happen was someone nodding off right at the counter.
I understand that fast food environments can be stressful, but this was beyond unacceptable. It felt unsafe and disorganized, and I won’t be returning. KFC management seriously needs to step in and address what’s happening at this location.
