Second time here for a famous bowl. This time the corn was rubbery and the chicken was over fried, yuck. I sent back for a replacement/ refund.
They aren't very friendly here either time. When I sent the food back she told the manager then went back to window and left me standing wondering. Finally food was done. No apologies or anything. Not sure we will return. Effingham is better.

I just spent $60 on a meal and ordered it through door dash. Got 2 large sides of Mac and cheese because my family loves Mac and cheese. The dasher drops of food (bag completely sealed), and it looks like they didn't want to make more Mac and cheese and didn't even fill up the bowls. That's pretty bad that we can't even get what we pay money for.

Went in at 7pm on Sunday 12/21. They were out of chicken and said it would be about an hour to cook more. The taco bell area was disgusting. The station where they made the burrito was covered in old food and they slid the burrito right through it. The floor was covered in tortillas, beans, cheese. I'm a truck driver passing through and I called my family and told them if I get food poisoning. Go after taco bell in vandalia. IL. DISGUSTING. I will never be back

KFC/TB white open store layout kept pretty clean despite their higher interstate traffic turnover. One counter staff was keeping up with 15 of us quite effectively, despite even being a little new still. And she got my custom TB order input correctly so the backline crew could get it done quickly and correctly the first time. The order came out just to my liking, and much quicker than several other places I've been.

I went through the drive thru and and ordered a 3 piece all White meat expecting to pay more. The young lady said a 2 piece meal . no a 3 piece and she interrupted with what kind of drink.. she got the drink right but not my order. I was tired, put it on the seat til I got home, I live in Keyesport, I'm not driving back tried to call 3 times no one answered.. your customer service has a lot to be desired.. it's going to be a long time before I come back.. $9.00 for a Scrawny looking meal I can throw in the trash. Yippee. 2 scrawny pieces of chicken 🤢

We told the young lady that we was dining in Our order was packed to go, didn't get biscuit with one meal, they shorted us a chicken quesadilla. Then on top of that they charged me for 3 sodas We only ordered 2. They refused to refund me for the extra soda, they said it was their policy ( NO REFUNDS ) Told me either choose something else or loose my money. I definitely would not recommend anyone going to this sorry excuse for a KFC !! Can you only imagine how Mr. Sanders would feel about the very poor service his restaurant's has come to.
