Waiter was good, buffett and drinks for two $50 NOT WORTH IT! Food on buffet was just not good. My husband and I agreed that McDonald's would have been better.

When we first walked in, my daughter fell. The Ponderosa Team was there immediately, bringing a walker, helping her get up, etc. They continued to come to the table and just chat while I got her food. The Team's efforts to assist were amazing. I want to thank each of them!! And, BTW, the food was great, too!

Amazing experience staff were warm and friendly. Food was amazing plenty of options. Party wings were just as I remembered them. My wife and I also ordered sirloin tips they were cooked perfect. Desert bar had many delicious options, lemon meringue pie was wonderful. Overall the trip was worth it and we will return.

It had been years since eating at a Ponderosa. I thought they all were gone. This one took me back to my younger years. Katie our server was the sweetest. My steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. All of the staff was welcoming. I would definitely come back.

Went For the Steak, had do the Buffet, as a BBQ Catering in The Chicago Burbs, I know a few things about Quality, and I was very happy with the Buffet, the price,The Staff, and The Cleanliness of this Restaurant, Been awhile since I had Ponderosa, I will be back For that Steak... Sincerely Sam

Ponderosa had great choices of main entrees & sides. We received the Senior discount & ate off the Buffetts. The buffets were clean, often filled & food was hot & delicious. Free refills on drinks. We felt the price was fair for unlimited trips to the buffets.

I had the 10oz Ribeye & loaded baked potatoe.. it was delicious. My husband has the T-Bone steak & loaded baked potato. He says his steak wasnt cooked the way he asked, but it was still good & moist. The rolls are banging (meaning they're good). The Dinner salad/buffet bar was just as good as I could remember some years ago. Many great selections. The service was great. The employees there are very nice. We dont live close by, but We'll definitely go back when passing thru AGAIN next year.
