Oh this was a Diamond of a find! Cutest drive -thru that really delivered ! Well educated baristas on coffee / lattes. I was able to get a flavor packed chai latte dairy free & without sweetener , something hard to do but they nailed it

I was finishing an overnight drive when I went through, the customers & staff were incredibly kind given my highway zombie state. Pistachio latte was delicious and I wished I lived closer!!

Found on Google maps and decided to stop by while driving to Kansas. Just 2 minutes off the interstate in a small town. Amazingly friendly and helpful! I asked for an iced caramel macchiato (not on the menu), and they were able to make it with half the syrup as requested. I appreciated the customization, and the taste was excellent. I also asked if any pastries were available, and the worker said they had just made blackberry, raspberry, and peach danishes. We got all 3 and had a hard time picking our favorite! Excellent flaky crust with fruity center. Be sure to get it warmed! Hope to be back again. Wonderful customer service.

Shimoji Coffee is 5*. That’s all I can really say. Who needs overrated Starbucks when you’ve got a local, small business that deserves the support? It’s a no-brainer.

I always love stopping here on my drives to and from Ohio since it’s conveniently located off I-70. I always get the raspberry tart/danish and I’ve never had a bad cappuccino:)

Always a good experience. Great little drive thru spot, easy to find from the interstate. A great choice for a pit stop.

Never had been until a Girl took me I'm not a coffee connoisseur. However she is a fan of it. She likes the carmal macchiato add whipped cream and carmal drizzle I usually get a French vanilla latte espresso added. Price wise not bad.

What a neat little coffee shop! ...and from a shipping container! Very creative. Great coffee, friendly service and great prices!
