This place needs to just close its doors. How they haven’t been shut down by health department, I have no idea. Customer service is abhorrent. So sorry for expecting you to do your job. Six biscuits, two packs of butter. Didn’t realize that it came out of their pockets. Just…. Stay….. Away

It is the middle of December and people had to go outside just to warm up it was so cold in the building. Floors were terribly sticky. Couldn’t walk without shoes almost getting stuck. Service was not great. Looked like there were maybe two people working. The food was horrible. Everything had a nasty taste and tasted like it had been sitting out for weeks. Just hoping we don’t get food poisoning from eating here. Don’t waste your time, don’t eat here. It’s gross.

Ordered the chicken nuggets for my son and this is what we got. A chicken strip cut into pieces. Not to mention every time we order mashed potatoes without gravy they come with gravy. If your order is different from the menu you better check before you get home with the wrong stuff. This place is terrible. Long waits and wrong orders.

I know 10 am is an odd time to eat tacos but truck drivers work odd hrs and eat what’s available I planed to take my 30 minutes break here and grab a quick bite because online it said open it also listed hrs of operation as being open at 10am and the door sticker said 10 am why aren’t you open at 10 am this is not the only Taco Bell that does not open on time and a lot of them close early do they intentionally hire lazy people or does corporate even know they are doing this

Very bad, I haven't ate here in over a year went last week my food was raw, had to give up my meal to feed my kids when I called the store they acted like I was crazy, so I called corporate office have not heard back, do not eat here spent over 30$ had to throw away most of eat

Worker didn't listen to the order when we asked for a chicken sandwich plain, and didn't put it on the receipt. When we went to do a split payment of cash and card, she fully charged the whole thing on the card. When we got our meal, the two plain chicken sandwiches were not plain. When going in to get this rectified the worker gave us attitude and asked if we had our receipt. When we explained she put in the order wrong on the receipt, after we repeated it multiple times. They then told us they didn't know if they could fix it since it wasn't on the receipt correctly.

We were only customers in dinning room. Tables all had food crumbs, floors dirty, window and door glass dirty. Got the order wrong but service so slow we didn't ask to get it fixed.

Walked in. Went to counter to place an order. Stood there for maybe 3-4 minutes. Two employees, one working the windows, and the other doing food prep, made eye contact me. No one asked me to hold on, I'll be right with you, nothing. So I left and took my business up the road to Wendy's.
