We were only customers in dinning room. Tables all had food crumbs, floors dirty, window and door glass dirty. Got the order wrong but service so slow we didn't ask to get it fixed.

Walked in. Went to counter to place an order. Stood there for maybe 3-4 minutes. Two employees, one working the windows, and the other doing food prep, made eye contact me. No one asked me to hold on, I'll be right with you, nothing. So I left and took my business up the road to Wendy's.

We dined in... the place was dirty and smelled dirty. The Mexican pizza was inedible and tasted like something old and stale. The taco meat also tasted bad. Clearly the store needs new management!!!! Don't waste your money!!

Very unsatisfactory! I got three dorito locos tacos and they were barely 1/4 full and looked like they had been sitting for hours, the cheese was hard and they were cold ,ended up throwing them away, the person who was with me got chicken nuggets and waited for over 15 minutes for them finally went up and asked how long the wait was gonna be and they went back and came back and were like sorry, our fryers are shut down and we can’t make them, okay fine, asked what we can replace them with and the only choices she gave us were mashed potatoes, coleslaw and Mac and cheese! Will never go back there!!

Waited 20min while car in front of me had to get out and knock on speaker to get attention. Then finally get to speaker to be out of beans. Always out of something. 40 min wait for 2 burritos and no rice either than refused to make any buritios. 4 people standing behind counter and they are short staffed.

Terrible service young girl was very rude and got our order completely wrong after we had to pull forward and wait for over 20 minutes went inside to check and she cussed me out for being impatient apparently because it takes 20 minutes to make a chicken quesadilla and get it wrong still no chicken In quesadilla, girl makes about 10 dollars more an hour than she deserves.

The restaurant was really nice, It was super clean, and the employees were really kind!
Place is always sticky. Me and my fiance are first time door dashers and he stood inside for a door dash for 15 minutes before he was assisted to. Worker decided to ring the order in through the POS system but then once she realized it was already made she decided to give my Fiance an attitude instead of showing him where the mobile order pick up was. This Taco Bell has gone downhill and workers seriously need to learn manners.

Sadly had to go next door to the steak house to get quicker service and their dining room was actually open at 7:30pm on a Saturday. Probably will not risk stopping here again if they can't keep their dining room open. Then waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a pepsi behind 2 cars that never moved so just gave up and left.
