We found this adorable fantastic diner when we came down for the eclipse. We drove 1 hour out of the way to have yet another fabulous breakfast. The food is great. We are gluten free so didn't get toast or pancakes. The omelets and skillets are delicious.

attached photo shows what $16 will get you. food is bland and quality of ingredients is cheaply selected. the underwhelming portion of onion rings in the photo currently costs $4.50+tax. lighter pictured is used for size comparison. figured this place might get better after reopening under new mgmt but it didnt. same bland food, same menu. i live in the area and would not recommend.

Best roadside cafe on US Rout 51. My favorite is their patty melt with breaded mushrooms. Their breakfast menu and specials are also amazing. I love their omelets. ?
