Don't waste your money. Asked for 2 plain hamburgers, and specifically stated no cheese. Got 2 cheeseburgers with cheese melting to the bun and beef. Impossible to remove. Straight into the trash. I emailed corporate a few years ago over this issue at this location. Even volunteered to host training seminar to teach that a hamburger is not a cheeseburger. And when I called and asked for Manager, I was promptly hung up on. One star only because can't choose 0 stars.

TWICE this week we were met with NO greeting, can I help you, can I take your order, nothing. There was 5+ people goofing off and talking and laughing behind the counter, never making eye contact or acknowledging customers. Sunday, we did order ice cream but were never actually asked by the person at the cash register if they could help us. He just stood there with no eye contact. The ice cream was very good and the place clean. Wednesday, we tried to eat and again, people were laughing and socializing behind the counter. We stood there for a few minutes and just left. Not sure we will go back, which is unfortunate because its one of the better places to eat in town. The etiquette of customer service is severely lacking here and in general anymore, everywhere.

The burger was not even lukewarm. I went through the drive-thru around 8:30, and the food was pretty cold.

Ordered a plain fish sandwich thru the drive up. What I got was a fish sandwich with nasty lettuce and tartar sauce. I don't like tarter sauce hence why I ordered plain.
