While I was waiting, watched food made wrong returned. For the second visit in a roll apparently giving me sauce for the chicken nuggets was to much effort.

The main restaurant was clean enough, bathrooms looks liked they hadn't been done in a couple days around the toilets, and what was obviously a new guy stuck 2 knuckles deep into the cups when grabbing them so that ignores hygiene. I'd give it a 3.7 if I could

Ordered a hamburger what they gave me looked like it was made hours ago hard over cooked. Why bother with this one. Fries and sweet tea are worth the ride .
Just went through the drive-thru, ordered a #9 with lg fries lg coke and a fish sandwich sm fries and 6 piece nuggets. OMGOSH the food was horrible! Nuggets tasted like they were sitting there for a while then reheated, fish sandwich was not hot and was tough. Cheeseburgers were not even warm!! Thank goodness the fries were at least hot! Won’t be stopping there anymore.

When I go to get a burger (hamburger with only ketchup no cheese) 86% of the time they mess it up and put onions or cheese on my burger. They also tend to mess of my drink some of the times I go there. The service is not super bad but a few times I have been there they have been pretty rude especially one of their managers (Cathy) so me personally I would not recommend eating here.(the only times I go here are for their sweet tea which 50% of the time leaves a nasty taste in my mouth)

Ironically, I was about to call the area manager K.S., this was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. First I asked the lady at the cashier desk how to use the app inside of the facility she said I don't know let me go ask my manager. At that point I figured it out myself next I want to go get ice there was no ice in the machine. Then the person who was with me who wanted to order the same four for five meal her price was different than mine why I don't know maybe because it was the app. Then I get to my car to prepare my food for the road because I was traveling from Chicago to mississippi, I realized that my nuggets were missing so I went back in to get those. Then as I am driving I begin to eat the Nuggets were soggy, I'm not quite sure how a nugget gets soggy but it was. So then I decided to eat the burger, the burger was half wrapped and I had ordered a burger with no pickles so it appears that they took off the pickles from a sandwich that was already made. As I continue to eat the burger it was cold and dry but it was the first thing I had eaten all day so the time was approximately 4:00 p.m. so I really tried to eat it anyway I could not finish it as the burger literally split in half because it was so hard. The only thing that was manageable to actually eat where the french fries which had absolutely no salt on their, but I can understand that. The food had to have been sitting in the warmer all day I am very very disappointed in the food I received. The one thing I will say is the washrooms were extremely clean so that was a plus.
