Zero stars because they are basically doing call avoidance or not picking up the phone to take carry out orders. Then when confronted the supervisor with a rude tone says “only two people working so can’t answer the phone”. Okay, if that’s true why did I just walk in with the phone in my hand ringing, and walked up to an empty counter. Nobody in line, so maybe rethink you rude tone bc this isn’t only today. Today was just the straw that broke the camels back. I have called at least three different occasions. Multiple calls in a 30 minute time span and let it ring itself out which means several minutes of it ringing and never once did they answer. Not once. So, you’re doing call avoidance, that’s plain and simple to me from all my attempts and finally today’s incident. There was nobody even there in line Miss Supervisor! And then I looked at the other reviews and it’s easy to see it’s time to clean house at Vienna Subway. Ridiculous.

If there is an option for giving 0 star I would have done that .The fat lady was very rude ,she is mad at us for using napkins .And the food was also not that good when compared to other subways.I recommend you go to mc Donald's on the other side . BTW The other girl was very cute .
