We're from out of town and were kayaking the lower cache and visited heron pond. We wanted a nice lunch somewhere after to fill up for more adventuring. Great local place. Super friendly folks. Clean, and a good variety of comfort food. I had the quesadillas and blt, and my boyfriend had the burger. Sooo tasty, and hit the spot especially with the frozen lemonade. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

I had been wanting to try one of their amazing looking burgers but I’ve never been able to get there at a time they serve them! Well they made me one anyway! Even tho it wasn’t on the menu at that time! They went above and beyond to serve me something they didn’t need to and ohh man was it amazing! The staff are so friendly and the food is so good! I even recommended them for a friends wedding! She had never eaten there and lived over an hour from Vienna! Just took my word and wasn’t disappointed!

I've had their weekend all you can eat fried chicken, and it's always been great. Today, my family and I ate off the menu, and it was just ok. The fries were under done, and my dad's catfish was too little fish/too much breading.

I have tried a couple of times to eat at Wildfires Restaurant and each time they were closed. I did read that they close at 3:00 pm and when we got there it was just after 1:30. We have called about three times and they give their hours and we called before their closing times and each time the recorded message states the hours and then just hangs up. I have been told how good the chicken and burgers were but each time they have closed early.

Passing thru Vienna IL and stopped at this little gem. We had an amazing experience at Wildfires restaurant. Everything is made fresh in house. I got a cheeseburger with a salad. My love got the chicken Philly with French fries. My daughter got a grill cheese and we got an appetizer of chips and queso. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Southern home cooking, beautiful people, and great service. 5 stars all day!! ?????
