It was a Monday only our group & about 3 another small families of like 3 ppl each if you can imagine it was almost empty but everything we ordered took a terribly long time from the first order of churros taking 30 minutes ordering chicken took 45 minutes to an 1 hour I cook lil party wings like those in the airfyer in 20 mins, also there were leaks of water from the ceiling dripping near us on our head. I spoke with the manager she came over & pushed the tables back some. I asked her can we be compensated with some more wings she said bone-in takes longer to cook 45 mins so I ordered the boneless opinion they were ok but the lemon pepper wings are we amazing.

Very clean, very new and there's lots of space for the kids to run around. Will be back again. Thank you!!

We rented out a back area for my niece's birthday, and there were only 6 kids and 4 adults. The food was not good and they only gave us 2 small pizzas that were cold, one sausage and one pepperoni. We brought our own cupcakes so we didn't use their cake. The service was absolutely horrible as there is supposed to be a dedicated party attendant, but not once did I see anyone in our area asking anyone if they needed anything. Then, being an adult, there was not one additional cup on the table so I went to ask one of the gentlemen who works there (large African-American male) and he told me that I have to pay for a cup if I want it. I explained to him that I am with the birthday party, we paid quite a bit of money for and I'm simply looking for one additional cup. He relentlessly denied my request, so I walked around to the front and spoke to the girl who was working there and she grabbed a cup and gave it to me without any hassle or objection. This is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one. Overall, I would say this was not a wonderful or fun experience, but what can you really expect from Chuck E cheese these days? I certainly will never hold a birthday party for my young daughter there in the future.

Sanya was wonderful to work with, made sure that every detail was handled and that timing of everything was set the day of the party. It was so well organized and the kids had a blast at my 6 year's birthday party. Highly recommended and a huge thank you!

This location is definitely better than most locations, not too packed, plenty of space, very clean, friendly staff, has wifi and outlets in the booths. Overall good atmosphere. Will definitely recommend coming here.

Our Chuck E. Cheese character clothing, costume, and performance with the kids were spot-on. (Sometimes Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t look like Chuck E. Cheese if you know what I mean.) Also, thank our host, announcers-—any talent who were communicating personally with the audience, very helpful with so much going on.

As an industry becomes transformed through new technology, character interactions like these, is what helps the business survive and thrive. The performer (Charles Entertainment Cheese) MUST be concerned with audience relationships.

Our host was taking a long time even though we had to tell her and remind her we didn’t get no goodie bags neither the ticket blaster experience even though we paid the ultimate fun package and the salad bar was separate and had to pay for that

When we walked in we had to wait for someone to come and stamp us. We went on a Sunday so it was very busy. My child was able to play most of the games without a wait. They did want to play in the new trampoline section. You must buy socks and pay a separate fee for that. The person that was working that day was a young man, that was on his phone the entire time. He would look up to let kids in and out
and went right back to texting. Once we were ready to leave, the prize store counter was busy. We traded our points in for candy. We bought ice cream on the way out and had to wait because they forgot. We stepped by the door and no one ever came so we walked out without having anyone check our hand stamps.

Terrible service, we had a party for my daughter, it was not ready, the table was not given plates for the cake or the pizza, there were no pizzas 🍕 the character did not want to take a photo with anyone to change the points, the people who served were in a bad mood 😒 I won't have a party here again
