Our host was taking a long time even though we had to tell her and remind her we didn’t get no goodie bags neither the ticket blaster experience even though we paid the ultimate fun package and the salad bar was separate and had to pay for that

When we walked in we had to wait for someone to come and stamp us. We went on a Sunday so it was very busy. My child was able to play most of the games without a wait. They did want to play in the new trampoline section. You must buy socks and pay a separate fee for that. The person that was working that day was a young man, that was on his phone the entire time. He would look up to let kids in and out and went right back to texting. Once we were ready to leave, the prize store counter was busy. We traded our points in for candy. We bought ice cream on the way out and had to wait because they forgot. We stepped by the door and no one ever came so we walked out without having anyone check our hand stamps.

Terrible service, we had a party for my daughter, it was not ready, the table was not given plates for the cake or the pizza, there were no pizzas 🍕 the character did not want to take a photo with anyone to change the points, the people who served were in a bad mood 😒 I won't have a party here again

Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's birthday at this place, we arrived, the table was not ready, the guests had to wait more than 20 minutes The person who was cleaning the table said that she didn't know anything about the birthday and that they hadn't told her anything, it's supposed to be due to reservation after the show time they give, she didn't even take any photos with anyone, they said she would come back to sing the birthday happy birthday and cut the cake and it turns out that it was no longer going to happen because they thought we didn't want that, well the children go that's why it is assumed that by taking photos with the character it was a disaster they ruined my daughter's party the cashiers were very rude terrible service angry with her face

Came to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday on a walk in basis…first paid for everything that was on the ticket of $153.37… went and bought another salad not even 30 mins later just to fix the salad and found a bug stuck to the egg. The manager I’m assuming (Sanya) asked me what was wrong and I told her it was a bug on the salad and she said oh wow do you want a refund (well duh) who in the hell about to eat a salad with a bug on it.. she then turns around and asked me did I want a free drink… customer service is not customer service anymore and knowing I spent almost 200$ you could have at least offered a free card with points on it or something. I’ve been coming to this establishment since my son was 2 and he’s not 11… and this is my daughters 2nd birthday here and I can say it’s not the same since the manager Lisa or Liz I forgot her name was here. I will not return here they are over priced and you get shit service with their customer service it’s like people don’t want to work anymore… and then to charge 12$ per kid for a trampoline is insane like this is skyzone or something no wonder why ppl are not jumping.. this establishment has gone down bad.

I’m a 90’s kid- so chuckECheese (in my mind) was going to be a grungy dark and dirty dungeon for my kids to play at. But this particular one is bright and cheery and very clean! The machines all were working and i would assume the manager was notified when one had a hiccup. He was delightful and extremely attentive and helpful. And considerably patient considering parents had questions and kids are demanding prizes for their points. I know what type of customer service I am going to get if I see Ed at the counter. So all in all- customer service (from him) was excellent. The cleanliness was great. The games were all working. And since I was directed to utilize the app/ I have been able to keep ChuckECheese affordable through rewards points and their offers. We will be back many a times !
