Great spot to have fun with the kids without breaking your wallet!

We did a birthday party, and it was very well done. The kids had fun, and our party host Rachel was fantastic.

Very clean Chuck e cheese. Unlike other chuck e cheese locations that I've been to, this one doesn't have many arcade games. The one thing it does have it's jumping place for kids, but the price for entrance is very reasonable.

Haven't been to Chucky Cheese in years and brought my nephew to enjoy indoor fun in the winter time. It's a complete waste of money. The superhero area cost $15 and it was constantly closed because they needed an attendant. A kid would leave the area and the attendant would leave and close it down. So we had to constantly request an attendant. Then what did it for me was the order of fries that we paid $6.00 for. The order was super slim for price I paid. I went back to the cook and they said it's exactly 8 ounces. If they are selling the portion by ounces they need to specify that next to the price. Was super disappointed in my experience. To think you would want customers to return.

Very very disappointed in this location. My daughter and I visited last Saturday for a birthday party and we slipped in the bathroom because the floor was wet. They even have a wet floor sign on the wall, which tells me that the floor is always wet. However, the sign is close to the floor, so you do not see at eye level before you’ve fallen. This was a very traumatic experience for my three-year-old. She hit her face on the floor, and I hit my knee really badly trying to save her from hitting her head even worse. These conditions are unacceptable and very unsafe for a place catered to children. I still haven’t had a resolution or any response that they’ll correct it. Please avoid this location or be careful if you choose to visit.

Made the worst pizza in the world. I was so disappointed. Called in to let them know and manager said I had to bring pizza in.. even though I ordered through delivery serves. Manager said she couldn’t help me and that there’s nothing she can do. Ruined my whole day. Never will order anything from this location again. Worst cooks in the world

We took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese in Villa Park so they could decompress (and burn off about a week’s worth of energy), and it was a solid 4-star outing. The kids had a blast running around, playing games, and collecting tickets like they just won the lottery.

Their only complaint? Some of the games were hit or miss — literally. A few weren’t working quite right, like the football toss where the conveyor belt seemed to be taking a break. But honestly, that didn’t slow them down much.

My wife and I even got in on the action because, let’s be real, it’s hard to resist those basketball machines. Not to brag, but I did snag the high score on both — easily the highlight of my week. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and it’s just the kind of chaos parents can tolerate because the kids leave happy (and hopefully tired).

All in all, good times, a few broken games, and one very proud basketball champ — me.

A great place to bring the kids. We got there on a Saturday and it was not too busy so out kids got to play games without waiting for their turn. The games were pretty fun for our 5 and 4 year old boys.

The place was clean and the food was good for kids. I would say it was tasty too. The drinks were fine as well. There was lemonade and other flavors too. The churros were good too. Overall, the food was fine for a kids place.

I have to say that Gizzelle, i hope I spelled her name correctly, was super friendly and helpful. She was patient in waiting for our kids to pick a prize with the tickets they won playing the games. She even allowed my son to have a replacement prize after he lost it while we went to a neighboring store in the area. Thank you so much for not giving us a hard time... You made our son so happy!

All in all, a great place and great staff. I would recommend going there once or many times with your kids...

Celebrated my child's birthday here. We had over 30 guest in total, and the place was very accommodating. Sanya was a great host and made everything run smoothly!
