When we walked in we had to wait for someone to come and stamp us. We went on a Sunday so it was very busy. My child was able to play most of the games without a wait. I’m a 90’s kid- so chuckECheese (in my mind) was going to be a grungy dark and dirty dungeon for my kids to play at. But this particular one is bright and cheery and very clean! The machines all were working and i would assume the manager was notified when one had a hiccup. He was delightful and extremely attentive and helpful. They have redone these places and try really hard to keep them clean. I like this place because of security for the children. If someone wanders off, you don't have to worry. There is no way anyone is leaving with your child other than you! They always check you in and out. People are so nice and helpful. The other thing I like is that everything is still affordable.
