Ordered an ice cream cake from this location for my son's 8th birthday. The person we ordered from asked what his theme was and we said race cars. When we went to pick up the cake we were shocked to see how beautifully it was decorated. The cake maker really took the time to add so many details, the grass, the race track and added race cars! We really appreciated it and our son loved his cake (so did all our family and friends). We will definitely be ordering cake from here again. Thanks DQ!

Inside counter could be neater. (My purchase was given in a cup.) I would not purchase a cone or anything else that hands could touch because I didn't notice that anyone washed their hands between payments and filling orders. The Turtle Bluzzard was OK, the fudge and caramel solidify quickly because of the temp of the ice cream. I should have gotten the sundae instead. Mostly, if not all, teens working. They were efficient.

What happened to the server turning the Blizzard upside down to show you it's solid before they give it to you??? The blizzards at this location are like milkshakes. They can't turn them upside down because they are all melted and watery. Is the cooling system on the machine working or are you operating at such a high volume that the cooling system can't freeze the ice cream fast enough to keep up with demand? Whatever the case is you need to figure it out fast because I have bought my last $5 cup of melted ice cream from you until you do! This is not the first time this has happened. I have given you several chances. Your product costs too much to be disappointed every time. I recommend you ask them to flip the cup upside down before they give it to you or ask for a refund!

Service was great at the walk up. Our only complains was the summer flavors & special weren't on the drive thru board. So when we pulled up we saw them on the Windows but when we went to order I said just a second. Since I didn't see them. She said ok let me know when you're ready. We looked over the menu then told my littles oh I don't see that flavor now. oh wait "A" I don't see that flavor either. I also didn't ask. Instead we parked and walked up. Then proceeded to look at pictures that were posted. Which we saw when pulling up. Maybe a flat statement of "would you like to hear our summer flavors/specials." would of helped. Or a note on the menu season flavors available upon request/while supplies last. Otherwise treats were great. The kid who served us did a good job. Been coming here since I was little.
