This place sucks! My wife accidently ordered from this one vs my local DD. I had considered divorce this morning lol. I once asked for extra ice as it was an iced drink with no ice. They tried to charge me a dollar to put ice in an iced coffee. Fun fact: they are the only DD to charge to put whip cream in a cup for my dog within 50 miles. I don't blame the employees, this as an ownership issue. Stir your drinks before you give them to people. IDK how anyone goes here. There seems to be a DD every other mile on Roosevelt. There is no reason to stop here.

I only come here because its close to my job, but i regret it everytime. Honestly. I polite asked the staff to put a good serving of cream cheese on my bagel since they always barely put any on, even told them ill pay extra to put more on. What does the disgusting staff do? They gave me a bagel with literally the smallest smear about the size of a penny, assuming they did it on purpose. You guys are serving good to hard working people, you ingrates.

If I were to describe this place. I'd compare this to a fancy gas station coffee place. But with instead of gas they have a dunkin sign. Horrible customer service, orders are more of what they feel like you should drink not what you ordered. And they'll keep you waiting longer than the dmv. Just so you can get the wrong product. Last time I was here I backed out the drive through. Do what you will, with this information

THE GENERAL MANAGER I DONT KNOW IF HER NAME IS DAISY HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. INSTEAD OF FIXING MY PROBLEM SHE MADE IT WORSE . I asked for a egg and cheese wake up wrap and gave they served me a bacon egg and cheese even after mentioning multiple times, very unorganized and pathetic service. Zero empathy for their mistake, avacado toast was stale and I doubt the quality of this branch and would definitely not recommend this.

The service here absolutely sucks, NOT ONCE have I ever seen someone walk away from a customer (me) as I was ordering. To add onto that we found A HAIR in one of our drinks which is extremely disgusting. Several times I've gone here in the past there was no worker to be seen even when they were open.

GIVE RUBEN A RAISE! My sister and i went to this dunkin after the gym and were not disappointed. not sure if we were just starving or it just tasted that good. But this dunkin meal was the best we’ve ever had. And trust me i have over 1000 points on the dunkin app so i know a thing or two. the wraps were filled to perfection and were even warm after our target trip. Ruben, thank you for taking so much time on our order, it was worth the wait.

The guy today at the drive thru over charged my coffee when I ordered a small coffee. I noticed the price was for a medium and I told him. How much was the small. And he said the prices recently changed. He them proceed to comeback tomorrow. Receipt says medium and the tag on the coffee says medium. Yet he served me a small (which I did ask for but was overcharged). Be aware
