I am so grateful to have been introduced to this place! It makes it easy to commit to taking the time to work out and get healthier. The Zumba class is an escape from the stressors of daily life-like a night out dancing! Then I get to top it off with a delicious (healthy) drink! 😁The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, supportive and comfortable. It is a safe place to do your best and work at your level.
