Sometimes you wish somebody would just know what to do and this place knows what to do!!! I was in desperate need for a shake. I just called in. Asked them to put something together, told them what I could not have, what I liked, and I need it done quick because I’m in a rush. They went above and beyond, even calling me back to ensure that the sweetener type was OK. The level and attention to detail and customer service at this spot has now made this my favorite spot in addition...
Focus is my favorite place to workout and I enjoy their energizing teas, healthy shakes and protein oats. The protein waffles are pretty amazing as well. I continue to hit my fitness goals through their 21 day transformation challenges. You have to try the Zumba classes with Gina and Fit Camp with Fabian; they are amazing!!
