Showed up at 9:15pm to a different location (Addison on Lake St) on a Monday. They close at 10pm, which I checked before I went there. I order the Detroit style slices and sticks combo. They tell me no they are only doing regular pizzas (pepperoni, sausage or cheese) from 9pm-10pm. I said I was going to order it online and it would’ve let me do that on their app, but I live down the block so I preferred to order in person. He still says no we won’t be making that for you tonight. They refused to serve me even though I know this takes only minutes to make as it’s my go to order.
So I leave and go to the Villa Park location on North Ave instead. Confused I ask if I’m able to order this. By the time I get to this location it’s now 9:30pm on Monday and they also close at 10pm. He says yes of course it’ll be about 10 minutes. I happily wait and am proud to say I will make the 10 minute drive to the VILLA PARK LITTLE CAESARS from now on. Amazing service, amazing employees! Please recognize the employee who was working 2/9/2026 closing shift! Name on my ticket says ADRIAN J. Thank you!!!

I used to like this location, it was convenient for me but everytime I go in there there is never any $5 pizzas ready, which like once or twice I understand, but 6 times in 4 months? That's crazy

Cant even begin to describe this pathetic establishment. As a muslim, we aren’t allowed to eat Pork obviously… I place an online order for Slices N Stix… naturally I gave then a call to let them know my religion does not allow us to consume any pork products. The individual on the phone then goes “We aren’t allowed to remove the pork.” This is just factually untrue as other locations have gladly made the same order with Cheese only. Basically what I have concluded is that this location refuses to be inclusive of other religions and their respective dietary restrictions. Absolutely pathetic.

This location sucks because they are the only location in the area that doesn't accept the deals on the app. There is no way the owner is stupid enough to think this saves him money. We just buy it elsewhere. Another storefront that will close and die

This location was nice, well maintained, and all staff were respectful. A while ago the staff wasn't the best I'll admit, but the new hires are nice and were respectful through my entire order.
Waste your money on a better pizza place. We went here for something quick. YEAH RIGHT! I have never in my life seen such laziness and slowness (physically). Never in my life have I’ve seen people work with zero sense of care or urgency

Disappointing experience. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk made eye contact but then completely ignored me for 5 minutes while scrolling on her phone. Another staff member had to step in to take my order. What's striking is that when a new customer arrived just 2 minutes later, she immediately attended to them. To make matters worse, when the rude lady did eventually take an order from someone else (not me, thankfully), she did so with a very rude attitude. But the worst part was yet to come - my pizza was extremely badly salty. The combination of terrible service and subpar food makes me unlikely to return, one thing it’s receiving bad customer service that for what I can see in this reviews… I’m not the only one, but having bad customer plus bad food??
