The second time I come to this Starbucks and my drink is just not right. I got a Matcha late, and besides not having any sweet, I got the wrong lid. My husband got a mocha cookie crumble, and there's no sugar on it.I wish we had tasted these drinks before getting in the car.I'm very disappointed.

I was super surprised from the customer service at the drive through few days ago (9/22/22 to be exact)I forgot to ask the woman for her name but she is probably the best Starbucks employee I ever came in contact with.Her positivity and vibes made my morning and the day in general absolutely amazing.Thank you and keep up the good work. I will definitely stop by again when i am in the area.
I was disappointed today when I tried to use my birthday reward at this location and was told that it is not coming up in their system. I did show them the reward on my phone through the app and through the email and they could not get it to process... Instead of doing a right now recovery which is available to them they offered me the drink at 50% off. Needless to say I did not get my drink at this Starbucks.... Instead I went to another location and not only did I get my drink but was given a free birthday cake pop!
