Staff members were so fast and friendly. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of places to plug up your laptops or cell phones. The croissants are so tasty.

Barista name: Maggie. Swung by on my way to my shift to order coffee. I ended by getting two drinks. Once I got to the window, I tried waving her over to make a slight modification to my order as I'll be up all night at work. Lo and behold, she came to the window after the drinks were done being made, and I asked her if it was possible to remove the ice from one of my drink as I didn't want it to be watered down halfway through my shift. She told me that I can't drink my coffee like this and that I'll be ruining the drink and that I can't be making bismul requests like this one. She entered a tip for herself prior to giving me the machine. I tapped my phone then she made me feel like she was doing me a service by pouring my drink back into the shaker cup, to then pour it back out into the Starbucks cup without ice. The entire store was empty and I was the only one in the drive-through and I just don't understand why it was such a burden on her to do that. Just thought I'd share my experiences. A little tip, I would drive one block down and just order from the other Starbucks. Thanks!

BEWARE: Workers are poisoning the drinks at this location. We had 2 drinks professionally strip tested and found multiple toxic substances in our drinks within the test results. In addition we contacted the management and all they did was ignore the urgent concern and abandoned us. We never received any customer service therefore we are taking higher action and those involved will be held accountable.

Every time I go to this location I’m met with positive energy, beautiful smiles, and kind hearted customer service. Specifically Rosanne and Alex helped me today in the drive thru and the joy in their tone was clear from the moment I pulled up to order! When so many of us start our Monday mornings off with tired eyes and groans, the staff here never fail to have a great pov and brighten my day!

this place lies about there hours. when I went to the drive through around 8 pm the lady said that they were closed but online it shows it's open till 10 pm. another time I tried to get a drink here they said that they close at 8 and i went to the drive through around 9:30 and somebody said that they were closed. this does not make any since cause why would they stay a hour and 30 after hours
