Good carnitas and carne tacos . But when it comes to a platillo/ dinner Tampiquena. Is supposed to be a skirt good quality meat not taco meat . The cook doesn’t know how grill or simmer the meat . Tried this place and the steak tacos were so good.. and bigger than your average street taco.. would totally come back and recommend

Some of the best Mexican food in the area. They also have great horchata and jamaica. Don’t go to the one in Melrose Park - they added a fee and refused to disclose it with signs. You’ll know once you look at your receipt. This specific location is good.
