I went to pick up a Uber eats order got there at 12:48 PM at 1:07 PM. I canceled the order after standing that long and still not receiving the food. As a Uber delivery driver I’m losing out on money on my tip and my time because I have other deliveries to pick up.

I love Dee they are the best! Very friendly in both drive through and inside! They have great customer service skills! They are truly amazing and need a raise and promotion ASAP!!

The staff need to be retrained and drug tested. Waited 20 minutes for my kiosk order that they lost somehow. 4 people in the back and the people were working at a snails pace. If I had to guess... 2 of the 4 were high. Ordered a Chulupa Supreme that came with only beef, lettuce, and cheese. My Burrito Supreme came grilled for some reason and I asked for Extra Sour Cream and got 0 sour cream. Giant fail. Worst location I have ever been to. Almost every customer waiting was miserable.

9 times of 10 you pull up during normal business hours and they refuse service...They have a different excuse everytime. Today it's because they are only doing ubereats and doordash orders. Sometimes they just say they are closed. Don't waste time driving here.

Raw tomatoes make me sooo sick. Would've been out for a couple days if I kept eating this.. How hard is No Tomato to read on an online order? Don't know why I even went to this awful location anyway.

Felt unsafe. There were homeless people hanging out in the restaurant and the staff did nothing about it. The homless people asked patrons those who entered the restaurant for money ($4 for bus fare). Restaurant staff did absolutely nothing to remove them, or stop them. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC and felt unsafe
I had ordered just a basic taco party pack from this location i think they gave me someone elses order or maybe just being lazy but 6 out of 12 tacos had only lettuce and cheese and that's not what I paid for! AVOID this place check your delivery apps for location in taco bell bc you will be highly disappointed!

Ordered my lunch at 11:41 got there at 12. Food was not ready. Told me to wait outside. Food was done at 12:41 manager did nothing to resolve this I work in the area and was docked because I waited to long for my lunch. And when people went in to order they came right out.. Yeah horrible. Never will I ever be back.. FAILED at your own job. That you for the horrible service.

We had an issue with our original order and when we reached out to the store about the mishap Maria was such a pleasant person. She was very understanding and made sure that we had something notated at the store for a future order. Tonight my husband and daughter went to the restaurant to use our credit, Ruben was terrific and made sure everything was taken care of. We will definitely be going back to this location even though there was a mixup they made sure to make it right and we will definitely make this our go to Taco Bell in the area. Thank you Maria and Ruben for such outstanding customer service from a GM my self I truly appreciate you both, keep up the great work!!!
