To be honest, I don't understand the hype people give this place. I ordered some Chicharon Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos and a Breakfast Taco. Let me real, the breakfast taco was just blah. I've had better at a hotel bar in the morning. The Chicharon tacos.. I was expecting crispy pork belly and what I got was a bunch of pork fat marinated in an incredibly spicy sauce. Had I known that was gonna be that way, I would have ordered differently. Lastly, the Al Pastor tacos. They were just ok. Nothing special. What I did notice was that everything was incredibly salty. With tip, I spent roughly $30 and it was just a waste of money. I won't go back and they will be just fine without my business, but this was utterly disappointing. There are FAR better taquerias in the suburbs I can spend my money at and get really good food. Shame on me for trying something different, won't happen again.
The name does not lie. They have the best tacos around. Best tamales I've had too ever probably. Everything was juicy, moist, flavorful, amazing. The prices are great. They definitely don't skimp on the servings. And the staff where super cool and give off a good energy when you walk in. Everyone was super nice and hospitable. Oh and the place was very clean.

Can't complain about nothing. Great tacos and the best tamale I've had in awhile. Fast friendly service. Clean restrooms. Great food. Fair prices. What more could you ask for. New taco place on my list of regulars.

Absolutely love this place. I live in Elmhurst & this is my favorite taco spot within 20 miles (haven't really explored out that much). Affordable, DELICIOUS, & the owner is a wonderful human being. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican food. (If you're speculative, go on a Tuesday for their 2$ Carne Asada tacos & you won't regret it). I'll be back.

I got a burrito 🌯, which was pretty good, but I guess I should've gotten tacos 🌮 since this place IS in fact called Taco Villa. Anyways, the employees were super nice and kept checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. They had some delicious sauces and tables set up outside, which we used to eat and play cards 🃏 after our meal. Nice!
