We waited 25 minutes for our mobile order after being told it would be brought out. No one came, no one communicated, and no one apologized. They forgot about us entirely—and then forgot one of our orders, adding even more waiting time. This is insane customer service. Never again at this location.

I waited 18 minutes for my order at the drive thru…tenders, junior bacon deluxe, drink, and a baked potato. Gentleman told me to go forward and wait. 4 other customers were served before me. He stated that the staff dropped the tenders and gave me a frosty for my troubles. I did get the apology, but am a little pissed. Didnt even get napkins.

No tamper sticker to avoid a driver from spitting in my drink or taking sips, Portillos and the McDonald’s nearby all use stickers are you guys that cheap? I could only imagine what you pay these poor workers.

Although food was delicious the fact that she denied ketchup because we were eating in is truly heart breaking. My son is on the spectrum and will not eat ketchup that does not come in packages. We asked with courtesy and didn’t not expect that response. We also decided to add another item to our original order and she said don’t add nothing else because I don’t want to go back to the screen. Erica do better be better.

All i ever want is a medium fry WITH extra barbecue sauce. nearly every time i am disappointed with no barbecue sauce. i ensure i state extra barbecue sauce everytime. you guys are careless, i am disappointed as a food service worker. I waited 15 minutes no bbq

Had a mobile order, drive through told me to go wait in the mobile order spot because my jr. Chicken sandwich wasn’t ready. Waited over 10 minutes, had to go inside, they just had my food sitting on the counter, made me extremely late for class.

The worst Wendy’s Ive been in. Went to the drive through ordered a CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH and FRIES. I go pay and they hand me a drink and my sandwich. And i told them it’s not my order and they started laughing. Got the fries and the sandwich, went to eat it, its SPICY. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!
