Yikes. It would be great if they would take an order. There isn't a way to leave the drive-thru either once you're in line. Don't waste your time. The workers will stare out the window at you and turn off the lights.

If you ever have an Uber eats order here, just cancel it or wait Along time! On top of waiting for 20 minutes for an order WITH NO CUSTOMERS, they didn’t even bring my 3 sliders for that 20 minutes. At least bring me my food while I wait. Also, this is like my third order I’ve had to wait extremely long for fast food… and I’ve been here 3 times for orders… never again

The people that work here are so bitter and or get the order wrong even on slow days but y’all got some new guy working there the Mexican boy, he looked like a manager and he actually cares and takes the time when helping a guest and even see him helping other staff running around I don’t write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary and that boy is a breath of fresh air at y’all’s business. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I was served well!

This location should just be shut down.Got in line. Only 1 car in front of me and they were already at the window paying.Placed my simple order and then waited almost 10 minutes before anyone took my payment. And then it was almost another 10 minutes before I received my food.Will never go back.

Very slow service. The eating area was clean. The only issue we had is we ordered combos & sides & there was an issue with us receiving our fries. Which was completely silly & made no sense. That's why we never eat in & order a crave case to go.

Waited at the drive through so long I had to shut my car off, then finally ordered my food one person took my money then the pulled up to the next window the same person gave me my food. Ate my food in my car, ordered the number 2 two double cheese burgers fries and a drink. The meat tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer, not fresh at all . White Castles burgers are always cooked fresh this is the first time I received a non fresh burger. I will not go back to this location ?.

Decent service. Tried to give me someone else's order at first. Then they corrected it. They really need to fix the speaker on the drive thru. You're right next to North Ave traffic and can't hear much of anything they say to you.

I have sliders once in a blue moon when WC is just around the corner. It was no different this time around. Sliders are just as tasty as ever but not as cheap as ever. This place is not the cleanest I have been to. It was early morning and it looked like it was a late afternoon here.

Location is marked as 24 hours Friday Sat Sunday and this is not true. Was hungry late night on a Friday and drove 30 mins since this store is marked open 24 hours on a Friday. At the menu board I was informed they closed 10 minutes before I got there even though there were 2 cars waiting at the window ahead of me. I was told to back out of their long curving driveway which was impossible to do. What a joke. They won’t have my business ever.

Food was ok. Wife had a taste for white castle so I ordered online for pickup. That part all went well until I got home. Clearly stated in the special instructions was no pickles and no onions. Well needless to say I had more pickles or onions from the sliders we ordered than I thought would be possible.
Nice clean location quality of food is good every time I go there this White Castle definitely gets a five-star rating!

I ordered ahead online and still had to wait at least 10 minutes for my food when I arrived. There was only 2 people working there. They definitely need to hire more people for this location.

The food quality was horrible. The customer service was below average and the kitchen was not very clean. I know white castle isnt the best in healthy eating choices, but please put a little more effort in your work. The fries were not evenly cooked, so you had burnt ones with regular old fries and the fountain drink was flat. I ordered to go and am not looking back at this location. Make changes or lose more customers.
