Terrible menu, tried to substitute my veggies with the general sou chicken and they said no you can only do extra, so pretty much they would do it without veggie for you and make more money off you, but hold on this gets crazier.
I then ask for fried rice and of course problems again, oh that’s only lunch special!

The food here was terrible. It’s not Chinese at all. The people running the place are Hispanic (not saying that’s a bad thing but usually places that specialize in Chinese; the owners are Chinese). And they were nice welcoming people don’t get me wrong.
However, the place clearly uses cheap ingredients and overcharging like crazy. There aren’t any lunch specials they have an “all day” special $14.50 after tax (crazy). The price mixed with the quality of the food means I for sure won’t be back.

I found this place on the way to work food had a great taste only thing is I requested my vegetables to be soft but they still was kind of very crunchy I called they said bring the food back kind of a in convince when their in Lombard but your place of work is over 30 minutes away ain't gonna lie the food was very tasty just them crunchy veggies through me off a little bit the crab rangoon is very good

The triple delight was good, plenty of white rice, generous sauces, fried vegetable was good. The sweet and sour chicken was gray meat, don't know if was dark meat, but not like s&s chicken is white meat. The s&s sour sauce had no pineapple, green peppers, tomatoes or cherries. Too blan. Will not order from them again!
Customer service is very good as usual. The gentleman that takes care of the front counter is always very hospital and generous.
I personally go for the fried rice, and it is usually great quality consistently every time I order, and a fair price too in this economy.

I was hoping to find a reliable chinese takeout nearby. Terribly disappointed. Chicken tasted dry and tough. Like if it was buffet chicken sitting under the lamp for hours. I got some sort of salty fried rice when i wanted steamed rice. Unfortunately not worth it in my opinion

This place use to be my absolute favorite! Unfortunately this order I received today for lunch was not good. The chicken was over cooked room temp and very hard to chew. The pan fried noodles were like chips, to hard to bite also room temp. I am so disappointed and shocked. The Crab Rangoon was good and fried perfectly but you can tell this food was not freshly made and it had been sitting on maybe a hot plate or under a buffet light for hours.
