Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd
Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

11/21/25: Another super salty fries!! The bigger problem is that out of 15 wings only 4 are drums , wish they put about the same of each. I only eat drums , 4 were not enough for sure. Feel cheated, but I can't deal with the workers. I will start Checking my orders at the establishment before taking it home!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯😡😡😡 My worst experience ever!! We were hungry and too busy to cook dinner. We ordered 15 PC wings that came with fries. It's 10:30 pm , all we want is to eat and go to sleep since tomorrow we need to wake up for work. Obviously, it's late to cook dinner , so we order food. My , my, my GOD!!! I feel like they have dumped the salt in the wings and fries. We picked up the food we get home, and you CAN'T EAT IT!!! IT IS THAT SALTY!!!! I am pissed because it is too late to go back, too late to cook dinner and now I got to go to bed hungry! I tried taking a pic of the fries , but my camera does not do it justice. Mind you most of the salt has been dissolved into the fries and yet they are covered. This is ridiculous, I tried to eat some of it and now my mouth is numb .. I am so very disappointed...

If the manger is reading this then good I went it at 11pm and it was so bad how I was treated and the lack of customer service I hate it and will never come back! Don’t recommend!

This WingStop location is the best!!! I stopped for the lunch special with my son and we had a delicious meal. The 2 employees working were SO kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The fountain pop machine had so many good combos. I will be back!

I ordered mild wings, but I really didn’t like them. I left more than half because they were dry, didn’t have enough sauce, and were way too oily. They just felt unnecessarily greasy

It's very strange, but while everything was slightly different from my usual Wingstop, it was all pleasant. Chicken was tasty, fries were crispy.

What is going on, We ordered wings and fries with 3 different flavors. I couldn't eat the wings properly neither my girl. The wings tasted like if a can of salt was poured onto the flavors. Holy crap. I should of gone back to get a refund.
Everything was so salty, not the first time but this experience on oct 2nd is by far the worse wingstop ive had. Go to the one on Rohlwing Rd, not much farther and way better. I ended up throwing it away from how bad it was. Don't go.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

I’ve always picked up food from this wing-stop but I stopped by today and it seamed like there was new management. Juan was very kind, and had awesome costumer service! I ordered a pick up and the food was ready right on the dot & it tasted amazing! I recommend giving this location a go!
