I had a very rude encounter with an employee here when I ordered a pizza on Friday (5/24) night. When I ordered the pizza, it said it would be ready by 8:13 pm. I came in a little after that time and went up to the register, and the woman working very obviously rolled her eyes at me before I even said anything. I said “okay… I’m here to pick up a pizza.” She asked for my name, and then told me it’d be another 5 minutes, which was no big deal. But then I waited over 20 minutes, and she ran and hid in the back office while the pizza bakers were busily working away. I decided to leave since it was obvious the pizza wouldn’t be ready (I also never got a call or an email to indicate it was ready after the fact). I try to be understanding and recognize it was a Friday and probably busy, but rolling your eyes at a customer is so uncalled for, especially when they haven’t done anything to you. I didn’t catch her name, but I’d recommend she undergo customer service training and not be so rude to other customers in the future. I won’t be going back, but I hope when they’re under new management, other customers don’t have to deal with any of this.

Poorest service ever!!!!!! Ordered a pizza at 4:04pm to be delivered at 5:15, finally got delivered at 5:45. Excuse was they got busy……sorry processed my payment right away. But here’s the thing it’s not even the first time it’s happened. Management really needs to do something

They have it set up where you can order ready made sandwiches but then they claim they don't make sandwiches to order anymore.

4 pizzas 3 separate occasions went in this last time after reserving and checking the quality of the pizza which I was happy with till I reached my dinner table where I had found on all 3 occasions that all 4 pizzas were raw and not fully cooked after requesting for it well done or crispy took it back just to be refused of a refund and promise a free one next time. As if I'd be ordering again. 3 strikes im done ordering

Hailey is very rude. My husband was joking with another employee there and she informed him that they don’t need his business and he can shop elsewhere. Did the employee get reprimanded like the CUSTOMER did? No worries Hailey, we won’t be giving your company any more of our business while you are employed there. Very unprofessional.

Loooooove this Casey's even tho Im not working there anymore. Hailey Huskey & Gwen Orr are the reason this store has been so great these 2 women are fantastic they treat you like family I brag about that store & these 2 women all the time .

Pizza has gotten a lot better. No longer is it glue imitating Pizza but actual Pizza. Juicy, cheesy, and easy to hold. Bit pricey but everything is nowadays. Good pizza
The black girl is so rude I ask if I could get my gift card check and she said only if u buy something or call it that the only way to find out of u have money on it so I got something to find out how much was one it then I got something else when I went to put my phone number in for the rewards she taken a deep breath then she goes ohhh

Just picked up a pizza that I ordered from Joe. He asked me what I wanted I told him pepperoni and mushroom and he even read it back to me. I picked it up and got home and it was Sausage and mushroom. I immediately called the store and they asked me to bring it back. Are you kidding me. I’m not driving another 40 minutes to exchange it. Joe was not there when I called. The girl on the phone apologized and while speaking to her there was another lady in the background basically calling me a liar and said that’s not what I ordered. How the hell does she know??? They said Joe would call me. You know that is not going to happen. That Casey’s continues to go downhill. That’s my last visit. Pathetic.

Every time I order a pizza there and ask for Marinara Sauce they never give it and the workers are always rude and pizza is never done in the amount of time they say it will be and cheese taste like your chewing on rubber
