Every time I go here they always mess something up. My order is never correct and the food is terrible. Fries are undercooked chicken hard as a rock, bread soggy. They have had the same cook working there for 20 years and still can’t get an order right, and then you have all the highschoolers lolly gagging in the front, tripping over each other and none of them have the slightest clue of what is even going on, not even paying attention to the customers because they are too busy gossiping about which high schooler did what with who at Greg’s house. They need to learn the definition of true work ethic.Thankyou.

I ordered on the DQ appt and went to pick up my order. After standing in line for over twenty minutes, the order was not ready. I showed them the receipt on my smartphone. The people working did not care. I called the manager once I got home, and she hung up on me while blaming everything on DQ corporate office. Poor service, refused to give me a phone number and someone to call about the problems. I would not recommend this place to eat, unless you can wait days for food and do not care about how you are treated.

The staff were friendly, but the ice cream tasted disgusting. I’ve now had two instances in the last month where what I ordered didn’t taste like what I asked for. Mint Oreo blizzard was a regular Oreo, tonight the ice cream tasted like a**, literally tasted like warm yogurt. Will not be returning.

I did an online order 2x this week both were wrong. I didn't call the first time, everyone makes mistakes. I did call today tho and was told bring it back we'll fix it. I'm sorry I'm already back in Girard, I didn't make the mistake bring me my food right. I won't go back I'll drive to Auburn.
