Placed a mobile order and walked inside, I asked the lady to leave the ice out of my medium coffee because I already had a large Americano with lots of ice, she said ok then proceeded to make the medium coffee with a half cup of ice, then the manager walked over and defended her saying “there would be an up charge for no ice, so she made the coffee with very little ice,” this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. I stop here with my coworkers all the time but this is the last stop. Rude manager, guess I need to work on my español to get a better response.
Constantly missing items from my orders in the drive thru. I've gone at least a half a dozen times this year and at least 4 of those times have been missing food items. Training is obviously lacking.
Went in and had a cuppa coffee with a friend and we ended up getting a croissant, but we were not asked if we wanted it heated up or if we wanted butter or anything with a croissant is a type of pastry. It’s not really sweet so it would’ve been nice if they offered us some butter or something or something to cut it with knowing that we were going to split it
This is the 3rd closest location to where I live and work, BUT I will ALWAYS make the drive here!! The workers at this location puts actual care and effort into the food they send out. I'm never disappointed with my orders here! Thank you for being the best Dunkin crew I've ever come across!! 🥹❤️

HORRIBLE Service, 100% dissatisfied and will NEVER return. They gave us the incorrect order, took our original order bag back when we went back to tell them it was incorrect, took our incorrect order bag back through the drive thru window, said we need to pay for a new order and then would not give me back the incorrect order. Details below: We had been traveling and were headed to Williams Bay for a church camp for the week. We decided to get a snack after traveling for 45 minutes with another 45 to go. We went through the drive thru, got our donuts and headed to camp. We were about 3 minutes up the road when we discovered our order was completely wrong. One girl said I can eat this donut it is fine but the other girl took a bite of the donut and said she did not like it. I turned around and went back through the Drive thru, they told me to drive up to the window and asked for my bag. She looked in the bag and said you ate one and the other has a bite out of it so we are going to have to charge you again. I was not happy and asked for my bag back because we were headed to camp and someone would eat it. She said no, we are going to throw it away here. So I got one donut and a bite of one for $5.

yikes.. The person taking orders via drive thru couldnt sound more disgusted and rude if she tried. If u cant handle being semi pleasent to ppl then get out of customer service
