Over an hour for delivery. When I called I was told the driver had a lot of deliveries. Here is a bright idea, hire more drivers. So much for Freaky Fast, more like Freakin' REALLY Slow. Why change a delivery fee and do tips need to be prepaid to receive a soggy wet sandwich that is falling apart after waiting an hour. I guess your ice would be melted if you ordered a drink.When you have as many 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews, something has to be wrong. Hopefully the owner sees this and does something about it. I will never have food delivered from here again.

Super disappointed yet again. This is the third time I've ordered a sandwich online, where you can clearly list out what you want and don't want on your sandwich, and the people making the sandwiches don't pay attention. It's just unfortunate in a job where attention to detail drives consumer satisfaction, the team can't seem to grasp the concept. Some people have allergies and ask for things to be removed for a reason. Ignoring or not paying attention is unacceptable.

Ordered #10 Hunt Club online for a pick up this should have been a roast beef and provolone sandwich. Got a sandwich with 2 slices of roast beef and was covered in Turkey instead.Edit: it was a bit better this time but when I did an online order they messed up the toppings and gave the toppings meant for the #11 sandwich on mine. I hate mayo and get sick from it yet it was on my sandwich rather than my dads.

I placed an order for delivery today and it took over an hour to receive it. The estimated time for delivery shouldn’t be off by 40 minutes. Anyways, the food was good. I didn’t appreciate the driver though. I said thank you twice and didn’t get any response back.

Buyer beware at Jimmy Johns in Volo! I just ordered a #10 & a slim #2 for $14 to take out. She asked if I wanted cheese, I said no. No way to add a picture of my Slice of beef on bread!!! Keep up the good work JJ driving customers away!!!
We had a little issue with our order. Had to call twice with an hour between each call. We were missing our salt n vinegar chips, bbq chips, and brownie. The man on the phone handled it very professionally. And the driver hand delivered the food! I understand things happen; we are all human !

Wow, just ordered a turkey Tom. I asked for no cheese I got no cheese no lettuce no tomato. I just have a sandwich with mayonnaise and turkey.Wow
