Female Manager is not very nice. I stopped there daily but had 1 to many bad experiences with that one She seems to dislike white Americans!
😡😡The girl at the drive thru window dropped our bag onto the driveway and everything fell out. We had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for new food. I told the girl who brought the new bag that the HiC orange was basically orange water, she said to bring it in. My husband brought it in and the manager refused to fix it. She shrugged her shoulders and said “it’s water with syrup”! WTH 😡😡
I work retail and understand. I go there Alot since I live close. Service was good but wait time in drive thru was very very long. Two people in front of us left. I get when your short staffed and people call off it sucks. Maybe get more responsible employees. Just a suggestion. I will go there again but hopefully it won't be so bad. Good luck. I would love to hear back from someone that manages this store- McDonald's.
