Closes earlier than suppose to. Suppose to close 12 and showed up at 11:40 and they said they were closed. Because the employees chose on their behave to close earlier than suppose to.
Prices go up yet food quality goes down I don't get it. N most of the time they arnt even friendly. Like come on I don't want to pay $30 for a family of 3 to eat and either everything is wrong or just straight slop like they don't care if a person or a dog is gonna eat it. I do not like stopping at any McDonald's because it's usually the same. An the sweet tea is a hit or miss and they won't remake it for you because they make in batches. I try to get a cone from time to time but the ice cream machine is down or the employees are just to lazy to make it.

Poor quality and management. Service is always slow and lazy. Food is either way too hot to even enjoy or stale like its been under a heatlamp. No in between. Worst of all, the coke is always somehow flat, not ran out of syrup type, just flat like its been in a 2 liter for 6 months now kinda flat.

I had a terrible McDonald’s experience in Iowa city, and this McDonald’s made up for it. I ordered the same thing I normally get and everything arrived perfectly. Props to this McDonald’s for doing it amazingly!!! Got a number 7 just for anyone who’s wondering and I could order 20 more if I could stomach it!
Very friendly staff
Could be friendlier! They sadly charge for refills.
Horrible service. Took a long time to give us the food. Supper slow, ordered a coffee and they put salt instead of sugar.
The drive-thru staff are like robots. They're not really friendly. 3 times they've left food out of my bag. They've had things on the menu board that they don't even offer. The only thing really going for this location is convenience.
French 🍟 are too hard
Placed an order from the app, along with 3 other co-workers orders. One entire order was missing. Called to say it was missing and got attitude saying they never got the order yet we have a printed receipt from the store. When talking to the lady on the phone she had attitude and told me the manager left to come back friday. Co-worker went back and the order was sitting there. Would stay away from this one. Completely unacceptable to argue with a customer about an order, and then lie that the restaurant never received it. When in fact they did.

The last 4 times I've gone to the drivethru, I was asked to pull forward. One of those times they forgot about me and I had to go inside to get the rest of my order.
There soda machine has been down for over 8 hours.
