I have been a loyal customer for a few years . And even though this Volo location is the closest to me, I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to Mchnery locations for a better customer service experience. I have downplayed their service multiple times and quite frankly I am getting tired of it. They are never smiling and never friendly. They all seem like they dont want to be there. And this location never the happy messages on the cups. Even though its something small, it is one of the things I look forward to when I am ordering my coffees.

I have been to a lot of Starbucks locations. Nothing beats Volo, I order my favorite customized drink every time I'm in Volo. It's a venti iced hazelnut latte with sweet cream cold foam and carmel drizzle. This Starbucks makes it the best!! Great customer service! I am in banking and know how important kindness and courtesy is in corporate business. They are consistent and my drink tastes incredible everytime I go.

Been going to this SB for 8 years now. In many ways, SB has been a home away from home while working on my dissertation and working remotely. Staff and atmosphere have been a great place to work on these projects. but for some crazy reason SB reno'd the space and removed half of the gathering space and all of the environment that made SB the preferred office away from the office, all in favor of counters that facilitate mobile orders. I am for updating, but this was a miss for SB. I am now on the hunt for a place that is both productive and warm. Any suggestions???

Service today was excellent, didn't go inside, used drive through. There was very little wait time and overall service by the employee at the window was awesome. Overall I'd rate 4.9 out of 5 easy.
