I forgot I had placed a mobile order for an iced coffee & I went grocery shopping first. Oops!By the time I was done shopping and remembered, I went to Starbucks to pick up my drink, They had thrown it out.They happily remade it for me immediately. It was delicious.Vegetarian options: There are wraps, protein boxes and Sous vide Egg bites...
This location consistently provides poor customer service. It seems as if the staff is unhappy with being there. On multiple visits I have not even been acknowledged when I walk in and wait at the register. I understand working in a busy environment and not being able to jump to the register to take an order. A simple, “Hello, we will be right with you” would at least make me feel as if my business is valued. Very disappointing in comparison to other locations.One team member even took the time to walk away from the drive thru window to give a very warm hello to the woman behind me. Without even acknowledging my presence.

Bad service because we ordered 7 drinks and the server got mad . The worker was filling the cup mostly with ice instead of the actual drink she got mad because I said something she said next time order with light ice with attitude .

The staff is awesome. They know our order by heart. Although the staff has changed, the service is still great. They always greet us with a smile, even when it's hectic. Just a nice place to have a fun drink.

I'm typically a dunkin girl but, Starbucks was starting to win me over with the very nice employees until today. Wasn't even busy and I did not have a single word said to me, even when I said thanks have a good day. Nothing but a glare. Black hair, pony tail.. hope your day gets better or you get a new job.

I don't think I've ever been told I can't pay with cash before today. Unsure if they were just lazy and didn't want to count out the change, but cash is pretty much the only currency I use. Very confused.

It has been 4 days in a row where they have been sold out of everything I wanted. This place needs to get better management at ordering stuff so they dont run out of it. Very disappointed at this starbucks.

The staff is so nice and they didn’t have a cake pop I wanted so they gave me 1 free cake pop and there food and drinks are soooo good!
I want to love this location, I have given multiple opportunities for redemption but they are always out if Cheese Danish..at this point take it off the menu.I have to be taking extreme caution before I leave my house as I live right behind them and call before I go to check if they have items in stock.Whomever is in charge of do doing inventory check should be fired. I get it if it's once, but too many times I can't keep track.. order stock with projection, you know that is a popular item.This is only starbucks location always out of cheese danish

It's so sad the the crew members don't care about costumer service ? ? I asked for a late with no foam and all the time and get half of the cup of my drink ? I ask with oat milk and I get regular milk, definitely not coming at this location anymore ?
