As a professional driver this is horrible. Every time i come to this location they are either out of most foods , make you wait 30 minutes before helping you, or is just nasty. This place should be shut down and something else put in it's place

The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The biscuits are so buttery and flakey. Just the right amount of crunch. They have biscuits & gravy. If you can get the biscuits fresh out of the oven, it's heaven.

I order bourbon beef meal fries was like a rock ate 5 to make sure so I told them they drop more fries how long they cook what about my burger so I said I'll order another knowing what happened they charged me another meal yall do truckers so bad

I love Arby's. This was the worst one I've been to. Over two separate visits the drive through was on with no sign that they weren't using it, just a nasty toned voice telling me to come inside. There was one awesome young man who was pleasant and working his butt off, and an older, tall bald man who was nasty to his customers on both occasions I was there. They obviously need more help but he actually yelled at me when I asked if I could please get horsey sauce to go. How is any customer supposed to know it doesn't need to be ordered in advance? I literally said very politely that I'd like a packet of horsey sauce please, and he yelled nastily that it was at the other end. Like, I get a stressful day but both times I've been there the same person has been very rude. I just said thank you and walked to the end but this location has lost my business.

Don’t waste 5 dollars on that breakfast wrap…it’s the size of a McDonalds burrito ,I’m so disappointed ..I barely eat fast food and this is a wasted of 5 dollars fr..I’m highly highly disappointed..I may as well had gotten two sliders for that price..the contents of the burrito were cold and old af …I’ve gotten one of these before and it wasn’t this small..I don’t eat enough breakfast at Arby’s to remember,and it was an in moment decesion to even get Arby’s ,I have food in the truck.and I broke my fast for this bs

I asked for my Arby's cheddar to be on a regular sesame seed bun and the cashier told me no and that he was going to make it normal. I thought he was joking. now I am driving down the highway eating the meat off my sandwich because I don't like onion buns.
3 Sunday evenings in a row with no Roast Beef. No beef or chicken 2 weeks ago.
Wait a long time to order, then told there's no food available.
Stock the store, find better employees, or close down and let a business that wants to sell food take over.

The employees here are very rude and even though I asked for pork in my first order, they gave me a pork sandwich and I threw it in the trash. On my second order, they gave me a pork sandwich again and I threw it in the trash and they laugh arrogantly.
