Extremely disappointing that they failed to deliver to an address 5 minutes away. They don’t answer their phone, they said they themselves were delivering it, and it’s been almost 2 hours. Do not recommend until they get themselves together.

Clean and efficient location I ordered gizzards, mushrooms and chicken with lg coleslaw and mash potatoes and gravy all fresh and delicious. Good promotions on chicken only I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

I was excited when this location opened and decided to give it a try with great memories of Browns from the past, boy what a disappointment the chicken was dry which is hard to believe considering I ordered dark meat and as for the mushrooms totally overcooked. So this location is a hard no for me in the future.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo $14 get home no french fries the chicken on the sandwich. look like two pieces of chicken strips horrible Tasting !! never again !!!

The food was okay, but they don't offer a combo meal. I ordered three pieces (two wings and one breast), fries, coleslaw, and a biscuit, but no drink. The total was over $17.00. I understand stand prices have gone up, but that was robbery!! I won't be back, and it took 20 minutes to fill my order!

The food didn't taste like any Brown's Chicken I've ever eaten at before. Chicken was way too bland, the okra and liver was like I got all the crumbs from the bottom on the bag. The 1/2 lb. okra was fried husk, leaves and breading crumbs, we couldn't eat it. The 1/2lb liver had maybe 2 or 3 small pieces of liver which was over cooked the rest was literally fried breading crumbs. If you were out of liver and okra you should have said you were out intead of serving crumbs. If you don't have things worked out yet then your prices should be much lower. $65 wasted on terrible food. Highly, disappointed. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
I was excited to see a Brown’s Chicken open up nearby. I stopped in at 6:00 on Sunday night. They were not terribly busy, a couple of people ahead of me, who already ordered and a couple of online orders. It took almost 10 minutes to take my order. I ordered a 8 pc. meal. With mashed potatoes and gravy, and mac snd cheese. I added 1/4 lb of mushrooms and three biscuits. I was in the restaurant for over 45 minutes before leaving with my food. I could have shaved 4 minutes off of that time if I took a two biscuits and a breadstick. I waited for the three biscuits. Luckily I did, the original two were in my bag and were like rocks. The biscuits also disappointed because they were not the original Brown’s biscuit, which were so good. They replaced them with corn bread, which is drier and not nearly as good. The next disappointment was the gravy, it was like water, I honestly think they ran out and tried to dump water into the dried out pan and stir it until brown. The only thing that resembled gravy was the color. Not being able to use the gravy eliminated me eating the mashed potatoes. I did enjoy the mushrooms and 2 of the three pieces of chicken. One leg was overcooked and dried out. I will have chicken and the Mac and cheese for lunch tomorrow. I believe the crew was overwhelmed, afraid to prepare too much food in advance, and not experienced at food service. I think they will get better.
