As much as I don’t like leaving negative comments on established businesses I feel I must mention todays visit to this shop. I pulled in at about 10:15 A.M.(1/2/26) and was the only car in the drive thru. After waiting about 4 minutes an employee came on the.speaker and took my order. 1 large hot chocolate. Following instructions I pulled up to the window and stopped. I saw the employee moving around and delivering items to the front counter. At some point she appeared to begin making my drink but after pouring it she went back to the counter. Another car had pulled up behind me by then. It had been about 8-10 minutes waiting when she finished my drink, took my payment and handed me the drink I moved off to open it and discovered the drinking flap had been pushed into the cup. So I had to stop again and take the cover off to fix it. Finally a drink. But apparently it had sat so long it was barely lukewarm. So do what you like about patronizing this business but the cascade of errors makes a certainty I won’t again.

This is one of the best Dunkins that I have ever gone to, and I am also from Boston, so that is saying a lot. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. The drinks were phenomenal as well. I am just at a loss for words after this experience. Phenomenal!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ location for years, and I’ve held back from leaving any feedback until now. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. I want to make it clear that my issue isn’t with the employees—they’ve always been friendly and professional—but with the ongoing inventory issues that seem to be affecting service.

On several occasions, I’ve tried to order simple items like hash browns or even just cream and sugar, only to be told they’re unavailable, despite being informed at the drive-thru that they were in stock. For example, during my most recent visit, I ordered hash browns, was told they were available at the drive-thru, but upon reaching the window, I was told they were out. This has happened multiple times over the past few weeks. It’s frustrating, especially when I’m stopping in early (around 6:30 AM) for something as simple as a hot coffee or cold brew.

Additionally, I’ve encountered issues with missing or incorrect items like sugar packets (which I was told weren’t available) and non-Dunkin’ creamers, which added to the disappointment. On top of that, my hot coffee was filled to the brim, leaving no room for cream or sugar without spilling over, making it difficult to enjoy my drink.

One more concern I’d like to raise—are we even getting actual Dunkin’ coffee at this location? The taste of my drinks lately just hasn’t seemed to match the quality I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. It could also be the non-Dunkin’ creamer that’s been used, but honestly, I’m not sure what’s causing the difference.

I’m not placing blame on the staff—they’ve always been kind and professional—but it’s clear that they are being set up to fail due to lack of inventory and supplies. I sincerely hope management can address these issues and ensure the employees have the resources they need to provide the best possible service. This location used to be my go-to, but it’s become a bit of a letdown in recent months.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see improvements in the near future.

Good service and friendly employees. Bilingual to get orders done quick. Bonus with a gas station attach to it and get more foods and items instead of having to be in one store! Always leaving with a smile here.

I stopped here to get something to eat before I jumped on the highway. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, repeated my order to him and still ended up getting a sausage egg and cheese bagel.... Also I ordered a dozen munchkins and somehow only ended up getting 9 in my bag. Both of the people working here were rude. Never coming back again. I'll hit the McDonald's across the street instead.

Oh, Dunkin’, you had one job, and somehow you turned my iced matcha latte into a tragic dairy disaster! I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk—simple, trendy, and very clearly requested. What I got was a cup of sadness with regular milk, which, let’s be honest, is the beverage equivalent of showing up to a costume party in sweatpants. I took one sip and knew my lactose-intolerant soul was about to stage a full-on rebellion.

The lady at counter looked at me like I was the one who forgot how to read the order. Meanwhile, my matcha was out here tasting like a melted shamrock shake from the wrong franchise. Dunkin’, if I wanted a dairy surprise, I’d order a mystery milkshake! Next time, let’s stick to the script—oat milk isn’t a suggestion, it’s a lifestyle. 🙄 DO NOT RECOMMEND, BEWARE!!!

I stay at a motel right on the corner, just a stone's throw away from this location. Almost every day, I find myself stopping in, hopeful that they’ll have what I’m looking for. Yet, no matter the time of day or the item I seek, it feels like a hopeless endeavor – they never seem to have it in stock. It’s quite frustrating to visit daily and repeatedly encounter the same disappointment. Come on, this is getting ridiculous!
