Very bad service! Avoid at all costs. They take super long to just take your order. The atmosphere isn't the cleanest, and the staff is rude. They close the place early and won't even bother to notify clients through at least a paper note. I don't mind them closing early, but the fact that they won't even tell clients and allow for them to waste their time there with the menu on making them think it's open is unbelievable.

Very limited amount/kind of donuts available. Stood by myself in fro t of registered for 10 minutes with no service. I went somewhere else.
It was 1pm. Only one young girl working....and she was hopping!! Long line at the drive thru. She didn't hear me come in. I was quiet so when she was near I said Good Morning. I only needed a donut so she helped me quickly to get back to the drive thru. It was a tough situation handled well. Kudos to the lone worker in charge!!

This place needs some training from the manager down. It’s a trickle effect when the manager has an attitude and rolls her eyes and don’t help you when a product is out after you ordered it. Also there’s a Hispanic girl little heavier with glasses she’s rude when it comes to customer service. She tries to act like the manager and she’s not. She needs to be retrained or let go. I will not be coming back her and will make sure my friends and family don’t as well. Please train your staff better if you want a more friendly atmosphere.

Hispanic lady works there, I m truck driver,16 years ago. I asked the lady fill my own cup for hot water .She said 0.50$+ tax, I never seen someone charge hot water. I don’t mind give her 0.50$ but she is attitudes & BS too much, I didn’t get hot water from her. Truck driver’s & buddies do not buy anything from this DD!!!! 03-09-23 16:45 pm!!!!
