I ordered two different orders online one to be ready by 5pm and the other by 5:10pm. I was there at 5 and didn't get leave with food until 5:35pm. Absolutely ridiculous! For one order I had strips and boneless wings and half of the strips were only a tad bit bigger than the boneless wings. It was my first time at this location and probably my last.

Came in for dinner during a snowstorm, so the place was pretty empty. Our waitress was super sweet and made us laugh a few times. However, she would disappear for long stretches and forget us at times. The food was excellent and I recommend the beer battered onion rings.

I ordered for pickup tonight around 9:30pm. I waited about 10 minutes or so for the cook and the person who’s supposed to be watching to front to stop talking. Finally they brought my food out and when I got home not only did my salad have the tiniest amount of dressing, but my wrap was COMPLETELY dry aside from a tiny bit of sauce at the bottom where there isn’t even any chicken. If I could give a 0 star rating for food I would. I can’t believe I paid money for this crap. It wasn’t even busy in the slightest so this shouldn’t have been an issue.

They took forever to give me my food,chef was using no gloves and touching my food, guy in the front desk got name wrong,guy in the front told me it was like 20 min to get my food took almost an hour(only ordered wings and a burger with fries)

Service was awful. Hostess and several other employees told us to take any open seats then refused to serve us. And then the manager kicked our whole party out, even though there was 6 open tables and no one waiting.

Just spoke to the manager (girl didn’t state her name) about a past order that had a credit in it and the previous manager said that there would be a $20 credit. So when I called today she said they didn’t see anything in their system and wouldn’t do anything for me and she was super rude. And said my $20 credit means nothing when I told her the manager who gave it to me. Super unhelpful… will not waste my money here

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and while the food was decent, the wait time was incredibly frustrating. We arrived at noon, expecting a timely meal, but our food didn't come out until 1 PM—an entire hour later. We had no napkins no forks, The wings were fine, but honestly, the long wait really took away from the experience. Serves don’t check up on their customers. People come here to enjoy a quick meal, and while I understand that things can get busy, waiting this long isn’t ideal. It’s a bit disappointing when you're craving something fast and end up spending more time waiting than eating. Hopefully, they can improve on the service and get food out faster in the future.
