Save your money and do not go here. The chicken is extremely dry. The wings had very little meat on them. The quality was extremely poor. Lacked a lot of flavor. Burger was ok, so if you want wings here, stop yourself and choose a burger instead. The seats are torn. The walls that your seat is up against has gunk dripping down them. I’m going to stop writing because it is not worthy more of my review. Photos will tell you enough.

Servers are extremely busy during big sports days. Our apps were brought out extremely late and cold. Our friends food got delivered much more sooner than us. I think the server forgot about one of our orders. We asked for check and to box our main meal that still hadn’t been served. Bdubs fine might be better during weekdays but sucks during football games

I can confidently say that this is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. Food is always wrong, always items missing from the order. And the service, really bad. We’ve given this place plenty of chances, but no more chances. I don’t know if the servers are just inexperienced or what. Which at that point I can blame the trainers. Just a really bad spot.

We ordered delivery. Got a combo 6 bone-in/6 boneless. Got them plain, sauce on the side. Ordered some other wings, simple order.
We got our deliver and it was someone else's order. I can forgive that, since they outsource their delivery.
So after paying a delivery fee, my son still had to go after practice and pick up our actual order.
Ok, fine, whatever.
We got our order and for our combo order, we got 6 boneless with the sauce on it. In a big box.
I usually don't complain, but I have three small children, two who don't eat the sauce.
Pretty disappointing when you pay almost $50 for dinner.

Brought a group of 13 people, they told us they won’t service us unless it’s one check. RIDICULOUS!!!
We are bringing them service and the manager clearly is not interested “we will not do 13 checks” - Cor

My order was suppose to have been ready by one thirty p m. It is understandable how some restaurants get backed up by multiple orders. Wait, time was approximately 30 minutes passed the promised time. This was 2 twenty piece wing combos with fries. Approximately forty five dollars. When the food arrived home a short two miles away the wings were inedible. Extremely dried out as if they had been waiting underneath the heat lamp for an extended amount of time. When I called the location to inform them.My remedy was to go online and submit a complaint. Are we so far removed from customer service that is an acceptable form of servicing your customer when they are dissatisfied with your product. Restaurants have general managers are they not able to offer a remedy for their customer. I have never been someone who complains. However it makes no sense to throw hard earned money away

Went to the Warrenville location placed my order. Made it very clear that all i wanted on my sandwich was the Nashville sauce and pickles. When I got my order I checked it before I left just to see that there was mayo on it after I told him I was allergic. Corey the manager asked me if I'd prefer him to wipe the mayo off my sandwich. That is disgusting and shows exactly what they would consider doing or have done to your food in the kitchen if an order is wrong.

Taking my 2-year-old daughter Sofia out for wings at Buffalo Wild Wings turned into one of those unexpectedly wonderful evenings. We were just looking for a casual bite to eat, but we ended up with an experience that deserves to be talked about.
First off, the wings—let me just say they were absolutely choking good. Perfectly sauced, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor that kept me reaching for just one more (and then one more after that). Buffalo Wild Wings lives up to its reputation for variety, too—the sauces ranged from sweet and tangy to bold and fiery, making it fun to try a little bit of everything.
But as much as I loved the food, what really made the visit special was the service. Bringing a 2-year-old to a busy restaurant can sometimes feel stressful, but the staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely kind—checking in often, making sure Sofia had what she needed, and never once making us feel rushed. That kind of hospitality turns a simple dinner into a memorable outing.
The atmosphere added to it all—big screens with games playing, the lively energy of the place, and yet still comfortable enough for a parent and toddler to sit back and enjoy themselves. I left impressed, not only because of the food but because of how well we were treated.
So yes, the wings blew me away, but the incredible service is what will keep us coming back. Buffalo Wild Wings delivered more than a meal—it gave me and Sofia a fun night out together. And that, to me, is the real win.

Usually a go to for me, but a bit disappointed in the atmosphere. The restaurant had a weird funk to it, but still gave it a chance. Staff was friendly but I was a bit concerned by greasy floors. Food came out ok, but the wait was a bit exterior how late it was. This was such a reliable chain years ago, hopefully it can be saved.
