The food was very awful made it’s seemed like it was made in a rush even thought during that time i made my order it was just me and my family . the guy preparing the food had loud music in the background and was screaming out bad words and using very inappropriate language.This was around at 2:30 in the afternoon i really hope the manager takes actions to these type of employees.

As usual, AI is wrong. It says to come here on Wednesdays for $4 Whoppers. This location apparently hates customers and does not want them to save any money on overpriced fast food as it does not participate in ANY special offers through the app. When I set my pickup location to this one, I get NO available offers, see attached screenshot and note the address at the top. If I change the pickup location to the West Chicago BK, the Offers tab displays over a dozen deals which actually offer some decent value, like free any size fries with purchase of $3 or more. Avoiding this location unless this somehow changes. 😒

I went through the drive through and tried to get a Rodeo chicken burger. Guy told me they don't have it anymore even though I've been to other burger kings within the previous month and they have a button for it and everything. Ok, asked if he would make the rodeo burger and upgrade the patty to a chicken patty, guy told me he can't do that even though you can go to the website and make that exact same change no issues. Workers are just extremely lazy and refuse to help at all, he didn't even attempt to see what he can do just said no. Absolute joke of an establishment. I just left after that since I am not going to try and deal with horrible workers like that. With an attitude like that I worry they might try to do something to my meal if I forced them to make the food.
