Man, I hate it.When I order things, pay for them and then they don't put it in my bag. You gotta be like a detective at that window. To make sure that you count every freekin thing you order at this place. They pay a lot of money per hour for such ineptitude. Quality control? It's cool. I won't be going back there.

I’m pretty sure the manager was trying to tell me that onion rings are more expensive than fries… which makes sense but they’re actually the same price.. Have-sies are also the same price for that reason my dude!! I was literally sitting there with the prices on my mobile app and he’s still gonna try to argue that onion rings are more like whatever? Lol. Then said that they can’t change it to have-sies if that’s what the app says, which is also just not true. I’ve done it at other locations. Will just go to a different location from now on. Always seem irritated in general and not happy to help paying customers. This was not my first unpleasant experience here

I was so upset I ordered a meal and upgrade to a large chocolate shake with whip cream and he gave me a small shake and said that was the only size they had and that they don’t have whipped cream which is crazy because I had got it there before The guy in the drive-through was not very friendly. It was almost like he was angry that I ordered a shake and if he sells large chocolate shakes there and that’s what he should’ve upgraded mine toAnd when I ate the fries, they were ice, cold, and enough salt on there to give me a stroke. Damn near.

Just like everything else nowadays... smaller portions and higher prices. They charge more because other competitors do... but the other competitors have better quality at that higher price. They should have stuck with better value.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this BK in Warrenville. Yesterday was my fifth visit ( all Drive-Thru orders ) in the past few months. Each time my order was fulfilled perfectly. All special orders, too. The order taker was very polite ( not the same person, either ). The food was hot and the cashiers were always nice ( again, different people at the window). It must be human nature to complain and that is why there are negative reviews. As for me - This BK has been incredible. I don't work for BK. I don't know anyone employed at BK. However, I would be proud to say I am part of this BK location. I know it's only been five visits, but to be impressed with the human interaction for all five visits isn't just a coincidence. This location is doing something right.

I’m not the type of person to complain or write any reviews. I can care less, but when I order the BK Chicken wraps I found a piece of hair in it. I thought that wasn’t great and call me disgusting but I was hungry and took the hair off and continued to eat the food. Then I noticed a booger on the wrapper then it was game over for me and I stopped eating. I think that was very unnecessary and an unpleasant experience. I get that they are backed up in the drive thru and they work hard to make a living and provide excellent customer service but that was just very disgusting.

Yesterday, 09/22/23, I placed a mobile order and when I got there, they were still not open. It was after 6am as per their posted hours. 630 came around and yet still not opened. So I am entitled to a refund, right?? NO.. I made several attempts, through the app to get a refund via option of store not opened. Over 24 hours later still no refund. THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY. I was warned about how terrible this location is.If there was an option for ZERO stars, that's how I would rate this horrible location. And please CLOSE PERMANENTLY.

Ordered a Bacon King on the app for pickup. Picked up my order and the burger had NO bacon. Two weeks later ordered a Honey Mustard Crispy Wrap... It was as though they ran out of honey mustard and tried to create their own sauce with YELLOW MUSTARD. This location no longer supports the BK app, you're better off driving to the next closest location 1/10

Every. Single. Time. Every single time we go there thru the drive thru and order either an apple pie or cookies with our meals and literally every time they forget it. My friend just got to my house after going there and opened the bag to see they didnt give him his cookies. I dont understand how this can happen so often lol its crazy. Then you try to call them and the number listed says its not an active number when you call it.
